@11:44 ..... Re: Kimchi for Korean cold noodles. Real kimchi does not have vinegar. It is sour from natural fermentation which is a very important characteristic of kimchi, and gives it it's distinctive flavor.
Since MS hasn't responded, hopefully this is helpful to someone. Curry powder is just a spice blend (think Italian seasoning) generally made of coriander (x1), cumin (x0.5), turmeric (x0.3), black pepper (x0.15), chili powder (x0.15), and ginger(x0.15). If you have the spices on hand, you can readily make your own using the ratios above or change it to your own preferred taste and add different ingredients. It differs from a curry paste, in that the paste generally uses fresh chilies, making it a wet ingredient from the oils contained in the chili. Pastes will also have additional ingredients for flavor that impact coloring. They also Paste and powder are not interchangeable. Pastes tend to be very potent.
The sesame noodles with chicken and scallion looks good 😮

Super easy and look amazing. A win/win to me!
Thank you!

What kind of curry powder did you use?
