    Does the Trimarin kill the ich in the sand if there is some? I had a sick fish that I bought not knowing the beginner I am, realized it two days later, returned it to the fish store and now am first day treating the tank. My two clowns haven’t shown any signs of having it but I have to make sure so I’m going to treat it for 3 days…

    Hi! I am using this quarantine procedure currently before introducing my fish into the aquarium and it seems to work really well! Some fish developed itch during their time in the observation tank but the trimarin + oodinex combination treated it. I have one question however, why does this work/what is the mechanism behind it? Since most other brands have a treatment duration of up to 2 weeks, and trimarin only takes 3 days?

      We are just THAT good 😉 Jokes aside, the combination of the active ingredients makes for a product which treats multiple diseases at once. You can find the ingredients in the leaflets.

    When you have a aquarium full with corals. Can you also use both for best effect? Or only Oodinex? I am using Oodinex now for 2 days. My corals doing fine.. but the fish hasn’t improved so far unfortunately 😔

      Good day, for aquariums with corals in them we do not recommend to use TRIMARIN. Could you tell us what problems you are facing? Can you transfer your fish to a quarantine aquarium?

      OODINEX is a wide range disease treatment for marine fish in aquariums with invertebrates (such as sea anemones, corals and crustaceans), but do not use it with poisonous animals inside the tank! However, TRIMARIN must not be used in aquariums containing invertebrates such as sea anemones, corals and crustaceans. To treat disease in an aquarium containing invertebrates, use eSHa OODINEX.

    Copper and chloroquine phosphate is the only two that get rid of ich and marine velvet

    • @eSHaLabs
      @eSHaLabs  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Chloroquine phosphate is effective against Cryptocaryon, but this substance is prescription only in most countries and as a result difficult to get your hands on. Copper treatments are effective, but need careful dosing and monitoring and should be appropriately handled.
      We recommend the combination of OODINEX and TRIMARIN, because these can be combined (as shown in this video) and they treat a broad range of microorganisms. For quarantine or for reoccurring Cryptocaryon we recommend to follow the full quarantine procedure. Marine fish often have worm infections, which should not enter the main tank. Worm infections also can affect the immune-system and prevent full recovery from Cryptocaryon.
