Ingredients:-
V2 kg. mutton
300 gm. onion cut into slices
150 to 200 ml. oil (refined and mustard oil or only
vegetable ghee)
1 inch cinnamon stick. 1 1 bayleaf
2 to 4 green cardamom (crushed)
1 black cardamom (crushed)
6 cloves
1 mediumn size garlic finely chopped
"V2 inch ginger grated
1 teaspoon green chilli coarsely grind (as per
taste)
4 to 5 Red chilli whole (as per taste)
1 teaspoon salt (as per taste)
V½ teasp0on turmeric powder
1 tablesp0on coriander seeds
12 to 15 black pepper corn
1 mac
small piece of nutmeg
4 teaspoon fennel seeds
½ teaspoon cumin seeds
½ cup curd (120 ml.)
green coriander leaves finely chopped
