Mashaalha ! Looks yummy and delicious. A little suggestion, adding a tablespoon of Pumpkin seeds,/ Char Magaz, whilst grinding will enhance the flavour.

I've prepared similar dish before, by adding Char Magaz along with Cashews really enhances the flavour, and best eaten with Garlic Butter Naan, as I do prepare it on my Anodized Tawa.
