Friday, this is probably some of most beautiful and romantic scenery I have ever, EVER seen on TH-cam. This was a spectacular video from so many perspectives, goth, travel, trains, snow, ambience, etc.
Please tell us what type of camera and lens you are using, the shots and the textures were amazing.
I love steam trains. Mr grandfather was the main telegraph operator for a train line in the Midwest and all 8 of his brothers were conductors on steam trains. Steam trains have their own soul. Thank you and Happy New Year to you both!!

Dylan A. Kent My Grandfather was also the head dispatcher for the old train system where I live in Newfoundland Canada. But once the TCH was fully built, they took away all our trains. I've never been on one.

Beautiful! My partner volunteers at a heritage railway (in New Zealand) and there is nothing like railways and snow/rainy weather. They go really well together.

I used to work at a scenic train station and I never knew how many people liked steam trains until I worked there. They had diesel engines most of the time but would bring out the steam engine for special occasions. This reminded me of working there.

so beautiful my heart fluttered the intire time I LOVE steam trains and I've always wanted to ride one.
I prefer dark clothing and makeup myself, and I can tell you that few things delight me as much as winter. You don't sweat half as much, your hard work doesn't run all down your face in black streams, and... yeah. :) I wish I could ride a steam train, as well.
