These are good in any situation. I particularly like giving a person an A or B choice. It worked MAGICALLY in sales situations, but also in any situation requiring a decision by the other party. Too many choices just confuses and overwhelms many people. Keep available choices to 2 whenever possible and NEVER EVER more than 3! Offering more than 3 often will get them walking away with NO CHOICE at all! If there are more than 3 options, pick two and ask which they prefer. Then compare that choice to one of the other options until they have chosen favorite. Have you not an noticed optometrist taking the same approach?
