Just wanted to say I recently came across your channel midst realization that the reason for a lot of my unhappiness in life has come from suppressing my feminine energy. You have reaffirmed the notion that innate feminity is a valuable, strong, and admirable trait - something which has definitely been lost in today's society. Your warmth radiates through all of your videos, I'm so glad I stumbled across your channel - keep creating because what you're doing is amazing and highly valued by a lot of people, not just myself. Thank you :))
I'm you but the opposite as I'm a man, haha. Society creates this association in our heads it seems that masculinity is bad, violent, tyrannical which causes us men to dissociate from it. Focus is always on the bad but never the good! Whenever I lean into it and embrace it I feel more powerful, it's really the only path. I assume the same is true for women as well, this society seems to think women should embrace the opposite of what they are. That's also a disaster, sad. This lady in the video had a good grounded take on how things really are.
@@ryanl1293 Well said. I agree that society not only demonizes masculinity for men, but also teaches women to reject femininity or that it's a weakness. Vilifying our inherent nature as men and women not only causes so much stress within us, but strains the relationship between men and women as a whole. As a woman, I've always felt more feminine and it just feels right. Even with my personality, I'm more creative as an artist and more intuitive. My femininity seems to enhance all the aspects of my personality, and I can't explain it but it's like everything just clicks. That's why I'll be forever grateful for channels like Jillz's for teaching other young women like me how to tap into the feminine energy within us.
I'm coming up 55 next week and I'm realizing that I, too, have had to suppress my feminine energy due to falling for wounded men or men with more feminine/moody traits. I've been a tomboy much of my life. Even in pictures of myself in dresses as a 3 year-old little girl, I don't feel "right" in those dresses and I'm in the pictures bawling my eyes out... My Granny was a very hard working homemaker. She watched over me and my older tomboyish cousin (who now has a female partner). We played outdoors and did fun stuff, but she was aggressive and competitive and I learned to give in to her to avoid drama. In school games, I purposely lost to avoid looking too smart or to avoid drama. Middle school I physically fought this cousin and threw other girls in separate occasions. I wasn't taught verbal skills. But I knew how to punch and pull hair, etc. And I came out pretty good. High school I was singing and that brought out more of my feminine side. I had an identity, finally. My mother did not exude a lot of feminine energy... She has many feminine skills, though. I couldn't do my hair or learn those more feminine skills. I had to beg her to let me clean house. In college I had an older female friend who listened. She taught me a lot and we laughed a lot, cried a lot. I wish I'd gotten to spend more time with her later. I've been married three times. My first "husband" impregnated his girlfriend and we divorced after a year of me trying to hold on. HER energy was different. She wasn't a Christian either. She was "wild" according to my ex. He was "wild", too. My second husband is the father of my children. Early on he has a bit more masculine energy. Once he cussed me out the energy between us was destroyed. Later on he developed gender dysphoria and cross dressed for years. The Lord took it away. He's been a mellow older man for about 4 years now. My third and current husband has a lot of trauma to heal from. This causes him to be very moody. He's recovering from substance abuse disorder. He's trying to get right with God. As he does, it's helping bring out the masculinity. The good kind. He still lives music and art a great deal. I have more male friends than female friends. Quizzes like ones I took today have me "feminine leaning androgynous"... I do agree with that analysis. I feel most myself in mixed clothing.... Something feminine and something more practical. I've grown my hair out and except for the growing bangs, it's medium length. I could go on and on. I would like to feel freer to indulge my more feminine energy.
I'm older and in my second marriage, and I now see how my perfectionism and criticism toward my wife had caused her to give up on trying to please me or attempt to do simple household things such as cooking or cleaning. As I tend to micro manage ( as she says ) and tell her how wrong she did it. In turn I am the one who does all the cooking and cleaning,.. and I express resentment toward her for it being all on me. Recently I was amazed at how well she completed a home reno project ( as I doubted her abilities ) I gave her praise and complimented how well she did it,... which led to her lighting up with pride and and the biggest, widest smile I've ever seen on her face. Over time ( 14 years together ) I can now see how she emotionally backed off,.. and I became the one craving emotional connection. Now I'm left to wonder if how much of a role I played in reversing the polarity in our relationship ?
There’s so many men making videos about self improvement , strong masculinity and becoming ur best self. I’m greatful we have a women role model who’s making these vids !!
And the way Jillz talks about it too! Focusing on the energy and the way we do things, not fixating on specifics like cover this, wear that, etc. It's so great to hear her talk about it because it validates this flow where sometimes we feel like wearing athleisure things, sometimes we feel like dressing up... Bc there is no one right way to physical express the féminine energy. Because like she mentions repeatedly.. It is an Energy. Intangible and something you feel, not something you see. I love all of these videos and perspective.
A lotvof women are in their wounded or shadow feminine energy, chaotic, disorganized, discord and have unhealthy masculine energy. Bitterness, loudness, pugnaciousness, drama, toxicity. We must touch on all this.
As a young masculine guy I'm really interested in these kinds of topics recently, just when I finished puberty. I see how I have 0.00001 femininity and I'm clueless how women see and feel everything around us. Let men be men and women be women. We will protect, provide and do everything what is in our nature so you can become healthy, desirable and loving female beings. Then spread that wonderful femininity into our lives and teach us how to love, enjoy and appreciate life and everything around us.
It goes to show, there definitely is a rhyme and reason as to why we are the way we are. Taking that step to better understand yourself and the opposite sex, without judgement, is vital. Your content is knowledgeable in that regard, Jillz! Bless🌼
There's so much back & forth about masculine vs. feminine energy these days and so much of it is negative, combative etc. I truly appreciate that you gave this insight from a balanced educational stance as opposed to some others who've touched on this topic. It's encouraging to see that there are creators focused on bridging the gap as opposed to burning the bridge. Sharing the info without passing the judgement. Kudos to you!
Great information. I’m just starting a 6 week workshop on connecting with my masculine energy, and how that will change my understanding, my reaction and support of feminine energy. I can see, as I go deeper into this, how many of life’s problems are because of the poor balance of the masculine and feminine.
Maaaan, this video is very very important. You really made me understand a lot of things in myself and why I have problems in certain things and accepting that, rather than hating myself for having problems in them. Really eye opening
Duuuude! I've had trouble for so long sticking to the same routine consistently. It would change so often and it frustrated me because i felt like a failure for not sticking to it. Its draining to me. And this makes so much sense wow❤
I definitely relate to the challenge/praise difference. I’m not really a competitive person and the challenge can cause me to back away, but praise and feeling supported definitely make me bloom. I wonder if this is why as women we tend to be more supportive and encouraging towards each other than men while men, to me at least, always seem to be attacking each other - it’s more of a challenge because for them, that is what brings out their better qualities. I don’t think I understood that before and always just saw it as negative.

Thanks a lot Jillz, wow, in 10mn all this valuable info. It is clear and very nicely laid out. I really received a good overview about the question I asked to TH-cam, "The difference between maculine and Feminine". I appreciate it and thanks again. Keep up the good work!!
I just realized that I have both but also a lot masculine! I am was forced in to it! Then every time I want to create something the masculine speaks and sometimes I ended not doing so!
For real, have you also realised in the way females are created we have a vagina which literally is for receiving the guys thing instead of us giving it , does that make sense 😂😅😅

Great video! I love the way of the superior man, great book. On the topic of masculinity, can anyone recommend any good yt channels for masculine energy/masculinity? Thanks!
Hey Jillz based on your content I think you would love the author Alice Hoffman. Her prose is lyrical. She knows what it means to be a woman. What it means to love and live life with the best expression of femininity. She wrote the book practical magic and yes the book is exponentially better than the movie although I love Sandra Bullock AND Nicole Kidman AND Stockard Channing AND Aidan Quinn! Her book The Dovekeepers, The River King, The Probable Future, Turtle Moon are EXCELLENT IF YOU LOVE SLICE OF LIFE BOOKS THAT CAST A SPELL ON THE READER!
really good video. i dont think its as simple as just theres mascluline good or bad. the destructive aspects are not really an an unhealthy wonded mascluine thing. its really a result of greed and selfishness. thinking about how you personally benifit, which is the urge to control. there is bad/tyranical control and theres good control. defending humans and animals physically is men being agressive, boxing for fun, playing shooting games, directly telling somone their wrong. these are all good things that are agressive
I appreciate the intention behind avoiding gendered words (I.e. woman, man) and focusing on energies instead. Also, I’d love to get your source material for this video, where do these distinctions come from?
I think these distinctions are not rooted in silence and more so experience and spirituality - it is kind of a way to describe a specific behavior rather than something that has been scientifically proven. High vibrations are somewhat scientifically proven though if you want to explore something spiritual but also a little more backed It’s kind of like noticing that someone naturally leans toward being funny while someone else is trying (if that makes any sense 😅)
One thing that I find very feminine is the way some women speak, they're intonation, it can be very attractive. I think that intonation can show masculine or feminine energy, or at least correlate with masculine or feminine energy in at least some ways.
Really enjoyed this video though I would argue that the liner and cyclical are more gender-based (male/female) than energy based as it is talking about our menstrual cycles in relation to this as feminine and masculine energy isn't gender based as we can flow into these different states of being.
Just be yourself. It's yin-yang first and then one of its expression is female-male, not the other way around. It's one thing to have genitals and related hormones, it's another to make it your entire personality. Each human being is so complex to be reduced to either one of these basic energetic polarity. Each person is a unique series of yin-yang that can't _possibly_ be reduced to a charicature of it. If you're a female with many traditional yin qualities, go right ahead. But do not expect all women to roll that way, nor expect all men to be stereotypically yang matching you perfectly. As long as you don't do that, then it's fine. In reality it's more of a unique key shape trying to meet its keyhole, rather than a simple binary puzzle piece. You may be active in some areas, receptive in others. You find someone who match and complements you as your opposite, that is true. But _rarely_ does that mean you are sterotypically feminine or masculine in _all_ areas, regardless of your sex. You'll give yourself a fantastic heartache if you expect that of yourself and/or your significant other, unless you genuinely are that way. It may be true that sensing is yin and doing is yang; that doesn't mean all you do as a female is feel, or all you do as a male is act, is it now.
Actually. Every being is unique in their mix of energies, and in different spaces and at different times, I think. And we shouldn't be restricting ourselves or others to what we think we are/should be.
I cannot ever understand if my boyfriend is in his masculine or not. He is very able at handling tasks, take care of work at home or outside, has a dominating and carrfree aura and does love to pay for things for me and his friends. But on the other hand he is easily triggered, gets defensive, requires me to comfort him after a fight, doesn't ask me out on dates or initiate quality time. Seems to lack any sort og structure in his life.
Hey can you pls address the subject when a healthy masculine is absent fro a woman's life and how do we become self sufficient ... encouraging and balancing the energies within ourselves
hi there iv been binging your videos, i like them a lot! are there any other books you can recommend about mas/fem energies. Or books men can read to understand woman better
I was told I act like a man , but I seem to be always in defense n protective mode. When I'm attacked verbally I tend to be in fight mode. I don't feel safe around men. I was told I need to be more feminine , but I will not be a slave to a man. I am not his mother , n more times I find myself being the mother role. No man has taken the lead. I seem to be the 1 solving problems. I tried helping him , always there for him but he played me. Used me. Men seem to be takers . I can't let my guard down. Im so sick of this whole thing. I grew up n never had to deal with this . I cannot deal in today's times. I cannot show weakness because it gets me taken advantage of , I will not submit to men. I am not a feminist but I'm tired. I do everything on my own n I'm tired. I was told by a man that recently left me was , he wasn't there to save me. I shut down because he would yell at me or say I was fullbof drama . I never felt safe with a man 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢 men have broken my heart
I feel like this whole "men are from Mars women are from Venus" is pseudoscience. Your example of the cooking dinner really made me realize that. For example, a friend of mine was an extremely stereotypically masculine man and yet he loved the process of cooking, whilst I as a 50/50 energy sort of woman can't stand it and only care for the result. Also, I'm EXTREMELY single-focused. Why? Maybe because defining such important and generalizing character traits on the basis of gender is dumb. Personalities are far more complex than that. We're definitely far more unique and complicated than just two energies.
I just need to have a serious conversation with someone, because I've had this question for YEARS. Why is masculine energy the smart, logical one? The one who wants to have an impact on the world. Like, those are the best traits one can have, in my opinion. Why, MASCULINE energy specifically? Whereas, feminine energy is based on what someone feels. I don't know, I just think that judging with emotions make you weak, so, why is being more emotional(weak) feminine?? I just don't get it!
What if i am a man but more feminine and i dont really like masculinity? Wouldnt say i am a femboy but just a nerdy guy, not really masculine. Is that wrong?
Men not wanting to talk out that is a relationship problem attachement problem stereotipical pressure problem (you have to be masculine and rezolve instead to become open and vulnerable). Ask the question isnt that perpetuating stereotipical female masculine energy the problem?
Complete complementary oposits. Emotions and rational thinking cant work one without they are not oposits and neither complementary they cant be seperated but they can be integrated. Emotions have a strong logic if you really understand them. They are not mindless chaotic entities.
I just have gotten into this topic but don't really know where the best sources are to inform myself... Could someone explain if there is a biological reason for women being more feminine and men more masculine? Or are these only stereotypes created by society ? How would you guys argue with a person that does not believe in gender?
@R3noir. honestly of you read into human history women were always into watchcraft(which is the basis of feminism) and also very deceitful to their husband's. Which is a trait of satan
Emotions intuitions rational decisions are working together integrated. They are not oposite. They cant work one without. Men rezolve by action and not talking? That is wrong in a healthy relationship you need to communicate both mem and women. They both need to sit down and talk through and connect and they both need to act.
Why does the picture of the woman, who is apparently displaying feminine energy, show her averting her eyes so as not to appear assertive? At least she's not looking down and being clearly submissive.
I will be honest is these concepts are even real or backep by science?I do believe sexual dimorphism exist and we have some characterisrics that helped survive as a species. Still the energy stuff make feel like its a new age trends to make misticismo out of our human dynamic on gender roles and our sexual dimorphism. ¿Can everybody here provide some evidence or scientific explanation for said energies existing?
That's cause they're most likely pussies with low testosterone n drink too much soy n exposed to plastic plus feminists drilled it into their minds that they're evil simply for being born a man n in the west especially america a guy innocently asking a girl out or protecting her could land him in jail or even prison but real men love the idea of looking after providing protecting n leading a woman it makes us feel manly fulfilled n satisfied
Avoidant attachement styled people men and women included might want to run away discussions and dust it of. Why talk so much we need to rezolve but that is just avoiding and running away. It is not masculine or femenine.
I don’t think an emotionally driven person who has an evolutionary excuse for not taking responsibility makes a good partner. This is sophistry. Notice how all of the so-called “feminine” qualities are passive and require him to do all of the heavy lifting while she receives the benefits. This is evolutionary determinism. Example: challenge the man but praise the woman “just as she is.” A load of BS. To clarify, I don’t think all women are like this. I’ve met a lot of women who are not.
@@jeshurunhazelton7789 do the way women work is all different from me. So I don't relate to them. Plus women have an energy that if you get strong and deep on them. They will give in. Unless they're like a parent or something. They're not a challenge. This is why if I was a man I would think it would be more fun to dominate a man. Then a woman. Nice see this and every form that there is of domination of men. That's just how I see it I see them as a challenge. I see women as not a challenge obviously. Anyone can dominate a woman.
@@asiafinefinereetoptop7730 really cause from wat I've seen women have far bigger egos than men especially in a petty way like having to have the last word n they hold grudges longer n over pettier things

Glad you liked it 🥰
Thanks so much for this video, Jillz! ❤️
Can you please do a video on ways a feminine can heal her wounded masculine?
Yes, I'll try to do that!! 🥰
Thank you!! I’ll look into it! 💕💕
The dovekeepers was one of the few books I read twice. Truly magical
Great video!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I love you so grateful to have you🥺
❤️❤️❤️
really good video. i dont think its as simple as just theres mascluline good or bad. the destructive aspects are not really an an unhealthy wonded mascluine thing. its really a result of greed and selfishness. thinking about how you personally benifit, which is the urge to control. there is bad/tyranical control and theres good control. defending humans and animals physically is men being agressive, boxing for fun, playing shooting games, directly telling somone their wrong. these are all good things that are agressive
Hi Jillz! I really like your videos and they are really helpful. I love how you explain things so well and emphasize on what really matters
I appreciate the intention behind avoiding gendered words (I.e. woman, man) and focusing on energies instead. Also, I’d love to get your source material for this video, where do these distinctions come from?
Lol, citation needed right?
As if these are objective facts lol most of this is related to personality
American culture. Different cultures do the feminine/masculine split differently.
Same here, it'd be nice to know if this is her subjective opinion or she has sources of this information.
I think these distinctions are not rooted in silence and more so experience and spirituality - it is kind of a way to describe a specific behavior rather than something that has been scientifically proven. High vibrations are somewhat scientifically proven though if you want to explore something spiritual but also a little more backed
It’s kind of like noticing that someone naturally leans toward being funny while someone else is trying (if that makes any sense 😅)
thank you! makes so much sense the way you put it.
So glad!💕
Great video! Thank you! ❤
This is such a great video
i appreciate this ma’am.
i have feminine energy and iam feminine
One thing that I find very feminine is the way some women speak, they're intonation, it can be very attractive. I think that intonation can show masculine or feminine energy, or at least correlate with masculine or feminine energy in at least some ways.
very good video, thank you!
🙌
Actually. Every being is unique in their mix of energies, and in different spaces and at different times, I think. And we shouldn't be restricting ourselves or others to what we think we are/should be.
Like always! Thank you so much💕
Of course! 💕
Thank you dear Jillz 🙂
💕💕
Thank you !❤️
❤️❤️
Hey can you pls address the subject when a healthy masculine is absent fro a woman's life and how do we become self sufficient ... encouraging and balancing the energies within ourselves
Ask a feminist they always be screaming about how strong n independent they are right I'm sure they have all the answers
Ok I get what you mean in cycles in that when I'm on my cycle I get sick for two days and it's hard to work that's about it
hi there iv been binging your videos, i like them a lot! are there any other books you can recommend about mas/fem energies. Or books men can read to understand woman better
Yes definitely! Check out my old video about life changing books! It’s probably almost a year old at this point but it’s there! ❤️❤️
I understand, sister.
Gratidão, adoro seus vídeos 🇧🇷
we need a hamza collab
Makes sense.
AMEN!!!!!
I have mainly masculine energy. So I guess relationships with men isn't common.
So, would an aggressive woman have wounded masculine energy?
Usually yes….it’s actually quite common for women to have some wounded masculine energy and for men to have some wounded feminine energy
@@JillzGuerin Got it! I wanted to make sure I understood. Thank you!
I do grow through challenges but in a very dumb way.
Men not wanting to talk out that is a relationship problem attachement problem stereotipical pressure problem (you have to be masculine and rezolve instead to become open and vulnerable). Ask the question isnt that perpetuating stereotipical female masculine energy the problem?
How come does she think that? There are many Hikimoris?
Complete complementary oposits. Emotions and rational thinking cant work one without they are not oposits and neither complementary they cant be seperated but they can be integrated. Emotions have a strong logic if you really understand them. They are not mindless chaotic entities.
I just have gotten into this topic but don't really know where the best sources are to inform myself... Could someone explain if there is a biological reason for women being more feminine and men more masculine? Or are these only stereotypes created by society ? How would you guys argue with a person that does not believe in gender?
So men are Sith, Women are Jedi ok...
😭😭😭
@R3noir. honestly of you read into human history women were always into watchcraft(which is the basis of feminism) and also very deceitful to their husband's. Which is a trait of satan
I'm more the other I can't really help it I'm just not a feminine energy type I don't think
Emotions intuitions rational decisions are working together integrated. They are not oposite. They cant work one without. Men rezolve by action and not talking? That is wrong in a healthy relationship you need to communicate both mem and women. They both need to sit down and talk through and connect and they both need to act.
So sad because i act so feminine but have masculine features. It just doesn't match up💔
❤❤❤❤
I'm not a multi tasker
Why does the picture of the woman, who is apparently displaying feminine energy, show her averting her eyes so as not to appear assertive? At least she's not looking down and being clearly submissive.
I will be honest is these concepts are even real or backep by science?I do believe sexual dimorphism exist and we have some characterisrics that helped survive as a species. Still the energy stuff make feel like its a new age trends to make misticismo out of our human dynamic on gender roles and our sexual dimorphism. ¿Can everybody here provide some evidence or scientific explanation for said energies existing?
So majority blk men are feminine and majority brown men are masculine?

Hell no cooking is the trouble the enjoyment is eating imo
Guys dont want to provide or protect these days
That's cause they're most likely pussies with low testosterone n drink too much soy n exposed to plastic plus feminists drilled it into their minds that they're evil simply for being born a man n in the west especially america a guy innocently asking a girl out or protecting her could land him in jail or even prison but real men love the idea of looking after providing protecting n leading a woman it makes us feel manly fulfilled n satisfied
Equality
I think the main problem is not in the men but in the women since, because of feminists' issues, they produce more and more masculine energy.
N they wonder why men are leaving the country
the feminist will not like this
You are brainwashed by social media. Specially Jenner sh*t family
Avoidant attachement styled people men and women included might want to run away discussions and dust it of. Why talk so much we need to rezolve but that is just avoiding and running away. It is not masculine or femenine.
Considering my life so far I must be a man in disguise😅
I don’t think an emotionally driven person who has an evolutionary excuse for not taking responsibility makes a good partner. This is sophistry. Notice how all of the so-called “feminine” qualities are passive and require him to do all of the heavy lifting while she receives the benefits. This is evolutionary determinism. Example: challenge the man but praise the woman “just as she is.” A load of BS. To clarify, I don’t think all women are like this. I’ve met a lot of women who are not.
Yeah just blame wars on masculine energy :))) instead of just humans behaving. Nice.
I don't like arguing with women I prefer to verbally argue with men and degrade him etc .. have fun basically my view of it
Why do u like arguing with men but not women
@@asiafinefinereetoptop7730 u sound like u got some Aries in ur birth chart I'm argumentative asf n personally I couldn't get with a girl who doesn't get feisty from time to time fighting every now n then in a playful flirty way is way better than a constant nice goodytooshies life I need passion so in that way I think I know wat ur tryna say
Wait until you catch hands.…
Sadly most of the girls are becoming more masculine. 😭
I just love your content! You are great. And yes! we already know all these things but it is sooo important to remind ourselves and do it regulary because we are living in the world of disrupted values
I’m so happy I found you 🥹❤️🙏
So happy you found me too!! 🥰❤️
