Hello Shreya, it totally depends on you. It is enough for cmat but every teacher is different and has different technique. It totally depend upon you which work for you and with which you want to go.
As a student I have explored so much so it totally depends on you.
In my opinion start from it eventually you will grow. But do not stick to it keep doing your level up.
