It feels so counter intuitive as we’ve been bombarded with the internet telling us we should go for a warm/peachy tone lip if your warm toned and pinky tone lip of your cool toned for a lip to work, or is this not true for nude lipsticks?

Every day I get up and put on my Natasha Denona makeup. Having so much fun fun trying your different looks especially with the Tri Color palette. Love it so much. I always get complements on my makeup because of you!! Loved the last look you did with the color flip shadow. I have that look on right now. No one here but me. But my eyes look great!! I'm golden caramel med-deep and companies rarely use models that I can try to get an idea of which nude would complement my skin tone. All of the models you used were fair. A lot of the nudes wash me out. I brought one of your lip sticks and had to return because it was too light. Ended up with Nati which is a pretty deep brown on me. Please use a variety of skin tones when you demonstrate. Thanks!

I use a very cool light lilac lipstick then a lipgloss on top. Very pale and cool but i have a small face and deep set eyes and very cool skin also very fair almost every lipstick looks to warm and to bright for my liking i want the focus on my eyes

I understood it as choosing eyeshadows based on your skin undertone. You would choose colors with certain coolness or warmth to apply on your skin. If one stand out over the other color against your skin, it is your nude color for lipstick. For example she chose a light pink due to being fair neutral and then a nude with warm undertone (peachy). Because it stood out, her color range would be between fair pink to peachy so a nude beige. It helps to see what your shade range would be. For example I am a warm with yellow undertone (golden). My vein shows more green (warm/neutral). I could wear cool and warm. If I applied a medium nude color (medium tan to brown) on my skin and blends in, it is my natural nude. Then if I apply a warm color such as a peach color, it would stand out on me more. I would be a shade range of golden beige with yellow to peach undertone. Cool (blue veins) look better in silver versus Warm (green veins) with gold jewelry. If you know your skin undertone, you will choose a basic nude color to match whether cool or warm and what undertone shade (pink, red, olive, yellow) so a color with for the undertone shade. I hope this make sense cause it is how I processed it in my head. Perhaps Natasha will go into further detail if she does a video similar to this one in the future to identify your skin undertone with your skin tone.

I don’t have a problem buying the pallets my fear is that I will buy a pallet that will eventually have to be thrown out because I believe they’re only good for a year and I don’t know that I can go through all those colors in a year. I think that you can wear anything that you want, just that when you wear an eyeshadow in the same color as your eye, it will make your eye pop less, but it does not mean that it won’t look good! For green eyes I would recommend red-based eyeshadows, that you can find in the Love Palette, Cranberry Palette, Eyeshadow Palette 5 #2, the middle row of the Biba Palette & Mini Sunset Palette . 💕

Yes! The same theory applies to all colors, I just categorized the undertones for each color group.
