This is so wonderful to see! I used to go see this young man over a decade ago in small clubs the size of an apartment livingroom. There was a closely connected music circle of hardore singers and players in Miami at the time ...the favorite hang for everybody was to go and support one another's gigs and Midon was a beloved favorite on the local scene. So far,most from that time have gone into sessions or songwriting, but it's great to see 1 of the old guard out there playing their guts out!
i love Raul Midon because he's one of the few modern artist in any genre i know that actually sounds better by himself live then on the CD with added instruments and sounds. PURE RAW SKILL AND EMOTION! I LOVE IT!...thanx Raul
