He's completely right. Every time I've even been to court for a traffic thing they always give the drunks a break. Possibly because they deal with so many of them on a daily basis. As long as they're seeking treatment, they go free.
Learn this line if you're going to court for driving drunk: "Your honor, I've been going to meetings and I see the error in my ways" Instant get out of jail free card.
the "free rider" problem...how do municipal/local gov'ts make up for drivers who benefit from publicly-funded resources, goods, or services (in this case, highways) without paying for the cost of their benefits? Tolls are one way - taxes are another. Neither is perfect.
A once a week podcast, hour and a half to 2 hours long with guests and louie leading would be great. He could focus on films and directing or talking about shit and comedy.
I think he means that the bureaucracy is so bad that they forget which cell everyone is in and so when someone posts bail for you, they are really slow at finding you. I don't think you actually get "lost", you just end up stuck there much longer than you would have to be otherwise. That's at least the only thing that makes sense to me
John Darcy well John here’s a black fella to explain... they “lose” you in jail often when you switch out of the “tank” ( community holding cell) into a permanent cell. Ethnicity doesn’t matter, the paperwork to send you to another prison or home takes damn near a whole day to get done and seen and approved by the people that determine your fate lol so if they move you, you are technically lost in the system til they locate you... which is when they feel like it... it’s easier to say u got mixed up paperwork wise and keep you longer than to actually do the work... plus you’re a “criminal” and did something to justify being imprisoned I’m the first place so who cares right?! It’s a cold game bro...
In case anyone doubted Louis is Mexican
Jimmy is golden.

Up here in Wisconsin, it’s even worse.
“Are you in treatment?”
“No.”
“Are you looking to be?”
*shrug* “Eh, maybe.”
“Alright, be on your way.”
Hearing Louis's story, I feel better about myself.
pretorious700 at least you’re not a Mexican
Louis embellishes like a crazy man.

Why do toll booths exist in America? Just include it in the taxes.
its relatively rare, new jersey is one of the places they still have them
NeoSilvanus I was in Florida during the New Year. There were toll booths every 10 minutes.
maybe its an east coast thing

Lews a bit of a bad ass ha
This story is fucking hilarious.
I don’t understand the part about getting lost in jail and moving him to another cell. Why would he never be heard from again I don’t get it?
