A paradise that is still quiet and open for adventures without the usual tourist traps.

What are you?
Im French Filipino, i work in the restaurant, bar and production industries. I create food and travel content.
I live in the Philippines.
What Camera do you use?
Usually a sony a7sii, dji osmo, gopro hero 6, dji mavic.
I use a 85mm, 35mm, 50mm, 10-18mm and 20-70mm lenses.
What editing software do you use?
When i edit, its usually do it with Premiere Pro on a DELL XPS 15

How did you get into youtube?
I've always loved making food videos and that's how it started. TH-cam starts off as a passion. Dont get into it if you are looking to make it your job. It doesn't work that way :)
Why arent you on TV?
Because the internet is easier and its free for you guys hahaha! Also we are currently working on producing TV shows ourselves and i have some TV shows floating around.

I'm glad Guiuan finally gets the chance to be highlighted as a surfing destination. My husband is from there, and we actually met during the Yolanda relief operations. The province has bounced a long way back from the devastation caused by the typhoon. It's their time to shine.

I am Waray-waray and I have been to Samar a lot. I love the place. I am originally from Leyte and most parts of Leyte are Bisaya though our home, which is near San Juanico, is Waray-waray. So consider me as a Samarnon by heart. Thanks for making this video, Erwan. This means a lot to me as a Waray-waray.
Im so glad you finally got to see our province it's so pretty yet so underrated but im somewhat glad it's not that popular cause then you really get to enjoy the place, also i haven't been to some of the places you featured but would really love to go there when I finally get the chance and time to visit.

Salukara was our favorite breakfast! It is being sold by someone who roams the village while shouting "Salukara! Salukara'". It was kind of our alarm clock back then.
Then for merienda, we have Sarungsong which is kind of like a puto or bibingka with buko strips inside. It's so delicious i hope you got to try it ♥️

"Linubihan na kenis" is my favorite Dish growing up in a remote island in Samar. Actually everything with coco or gata is my favorite. Haha. Specially our mother's "binutungan na tuyum". Exotic food out of octopus black ink or whatever it called. 😂 thanks for visiting our land sir Erwan. 💕

If you don't make new friends with the locals, hangout with them eating homemade food and drinking local hooch, then you're not traveling properly. This is how to do it in the Philippines. Finding good surf is a bonus.

All right! I've been there and imma say abcd surfing camp has great waves. Trainers are very nice. Jericho Rosales even go there from time to time to surf. It's one the best surfing site in Samar. And I think the next episode, I will be able to see Nico Gavan and the rest of the gang 👏🏻!!!
