  • 10 minutes glutes workout
    This video is full length and includes 14 exercises.
    Each exercise is 45 seconds except from the bonus exercises that are 30 seconds. There is ALMOST no rest in between each exercise.
    Remember when you do the squats and lunges: knees behind the toes, chest lifted and embrace abs.
    I want you to feel the burn but not any kind of pain.
    When you finish feel free to do more stretching
    You only need a mat
