Uprooting to Vietnam in 2021 if Rona doesn't prevent it somehow. Was going to move to Da Nang but decided on Hanoi only because their apartments tend to offer real ovens, whereas it's harder to find in other cities but a former pastry chef needs her oven.I'm equally scared and excited. I'm a developer now, but I'm so excited about so many things. Fingers crossed for a better 2021 and beyond.

Had the best Pho of my life down a street alley and every concert I did had a great dinner and hospitality presented to the musicians.

If anything, the mongols brought beef to Vietnam and pho is more similar to Mongolian hotpot.
