This film was made in 1983, when the BDe 8/8 doubly-articulated tram-like cars were the only ones on track. And no all-over advertising either. Paradise!
The film was pretty heavily damaged by time. Discolouration was particularly bad. Also, as it was one of my first efforts, I still had lots to learn - like keeping the camera still. That, however, could be resolved with the aid of modern technology. It looks better than ever, and although I'd nearly thrown it away, I'm now very glad I didn't.
The film is really too short, making quite big jumps along the way from Dietikon to Wohlen. That's why I went back later to do a better job. That film will be restored later.
