Honestly weve kinda hit a moral dilemma in the manga
Just read the manga than watch the anime. A note for everyone. The animation was bad and it got worse. Manga is top tier but slow updates. The only downside it has

Personally I love this show, mostly because of the characters, and Starlia Lese in particular. The silverware princess is SOOOOO good, already one of my favorite female characters of ALL time.

its been a long time ever since ive seen a good anime, theres only quite a few i didnt liked
firstly Leo as a character throughout the series is absolutely disappointing, i thought she is gonna be one of the main heroine but after like 3-4 episodes she was off screen never seen again except for flashback then the destruction of the world only happened just because their "god"-'s favourite shop closed (lol wtf?) i thought their gonna push ultimatia unhinged until they actually made her just a weak girl at the end.
I appreciate the length of screen time the side character gets, its almost like 40% of screen time is ragna and the rest the side of the other major characters. I was completely shocked at the first half of the anime where its comedy timing everywhere but gradually looses it in the second half of the anime. I really liked how i got pissed when they had the audacity to say that the dragons has it tough while humans are just living, they did not know the suffering they caused to humans lol
overall the only moment that i love is when ragna moved into ultimatia's time stop
That absolute slog of a capital battle at the end was horrible
show started really well for me but the animation in the final episodes kinda disappointed me

I haven't watched the show yet, passed out watching episode 1 last night haha, but thought I'd jump on here to see what the show is actually about.
Now time for my review of your content. The review was concise, we worded for the most part. I like breverty so that works for me. I do recommend working on your audio quality a bit though, you've got some distortion being picked up a bit in your lower mids that is kind of annoying, however that's alright just something for you to work on in the future. A better mic could help with this as well as using an EQ and compressor. Over all 7/10 keep up the work man don't take this as me being a dick I like to see creators improving.

if you dont want some.kind of LIKE NATSU b.s. character. this RAGNA is the same d*mb eedyoot character that is op at first and emotional and less effective an drama king later. .. starting at 13th episodes. all unwanted story is blooming .. it is like bleach with nonsense ep story about some character that no count on the show. giving you details that not needed.. and just for lengthen the show. so if you gomna watch it. hold your temper because hes like the protagonist on index bible that no sense at all and much better if the protagonist of the show is the other character so thats all. the looks is 6/10 the story is 3/10 and over all maybe 5.5/10.. in my opinion . i dont know whats yours.😊
I don't understand your problem with the show. The characters are excellent and have depths, the fights are superb, the power system is simple yet has depth, the current antagonist are diabolical, the desires of the good guys are very very reasonable, the stakes are high and etc. this is an excellent yet not talked about enough show. I'm on EP 18 atm and I'm enjoying and anticipating it way more than any current anime airing (including solo leveling).
Yes it takes troupes from this mythology and that she combines it and I think it does it brilliantly. But which anime doesn't?
I'm just as excited about this as I was jjk s1 b4 it blew up and I'm hoping this one does too.

@@nemsreviews well I've not read the manga and I'm really struggling to hold off until after this season and hopefully if s2 announcement isn't too far, I will restrain myself from reading the manga. This is cause I realised that watching anime after reading it's manga reduces the excitement and anticipation of coming episodes and I found that I was disliking how certain things were adapted (this was especially true with jjk s2). This is my own personal experience, it might differ with others.

The manga is far from being over and the anime is running out of material to adapt. Watch it by all means, that's what it's there for.
However, at some point there's either gonna be a huge wait for a continuing season or a there's gonna be a filler arc if the serialisation stays as it is.

I don’t know why but the plot seems similar to other animes out there especially with isekais ~ can’t remember the names of those animes but there’s similar plots out there ~ still though this sounded awesome 🙌 the slime though 😂 of course it’s gonna be them being the hilarious character

So it's set in the future, with dragons appearing and destroyed the world so much that civilisation regressed. Reminded by an earlier comment (thank you🙏🏾).

True. I've not bothered to start it because I saw the series' timeline
Honestly by the end of the anime the dragons and their stories were sooooo fn annoying I wanted them all to die just as much as Ragna did. The show had so much potential then really fell off about half way through. The best part of the whole anime was when Ragna smacked down ultimatia, in the town. I'm pretty mad at it NGL because I was loving it at first.
I think the manga has something, and i think will grow to something that no one will regret reading; if I'm right the anime will hopefully get a better production 🫠👍

Ps. The reason why crimson have an access to advance machinery is because the settings of this world is post apocalyptic 24th century where the dragons destroy the world and force as back to medieval period.
there is an explanation in the manga about this, which is unfortunately skipped by the studio along with Leo's special chapter which is important to the story in the future.

Finding this after I have seen the whole show now. This show was really fun. Lots of great action. But the world and characters make NO SENSE! Like at first it's a typical fantasy with the dragons as bad guys. And then, suddenly, with no explanation, they are driving around in military vehicles. Like WTF? Wasn't this just a fantasy world with castles and magic? And then Crimson shows off her modern day milirary arsenal that would be a gun collectors wet dream. And then toward the end they start giving rapid fire background stories to the dragons that mostly either didn't help or just didn't make sense. Especially Kamui.
Bottomline, if you like good action, it's a good show. Just don't expect it to make sense.
No, they already explained this if you've watched the anime. This is a post apocalyptic sci-fi story presenting itself as fantasy

Honestly, I decided to watch the anime a week ago, and I wasn't able to even finish the first episode. The main issue I had with the anime was the voice acting and characters. And I personally didn't really like Leo. And I feel that it would be better if she wasn't saved, but that's just my opinion. I'm still going to try to continue watching the anime and hope it will get better.
