Gotchu fam. 7:13 - The water pipe you got, I'd suggest getting the lower radiator hose from an NB. It's one solid piece of rubber instead of 2 + the pipe (less leak points) 14:20 - Your tensioner is setup correctly, it's just a stupid design 14:40 - That spacer actually needs to pull through the hole in the mounting block as you tighten the main bolt. It's a super tight fit. Also a bad design. 16:48 - I delete AC in every Miata, so this is just based on memory, but big pipe goes over little pipe, they should never cross or be next to each other. The lines are probably a little bent, they're aluminum so you can bend them back with a little force. I think your mounting bracket is upside down so once you get the lines flipped, flip that as well. 17:52 - That's the tang for the rubber hangers on your radiator, there's one on the other side too (We did a video on radiator replacement and I think I showed how these work) 18:09 - These bolt up to the lower fan bolts on the radiator, they're in the right spot. 18:40 - I think that does go into the top bolt 19:02 - Yes 19:28 - Hot foot?

After making this video, I looked at some of the pics I took at the junkyard and the white Miata still had the AC lines installed (I should have took them) so I'll use that as a reference along with your tips. I love that idea about the NB radiator hose. Maybe I'll order that today. Thanks so much for your help, as always.

I believe the center bracket that goes in front of the front crank pulley attaches to one of the lower radiator fan bolts, I think the left one looking from the front of the car.
on that broken air piece, you can rivet a piece of thin aluminum over the broke part, then spray paint it Barbeque Black or rought iron black (same color used to repaint wiper arms)!......no one will notice :)

I've been curious and wanted to ask last week, are you guys are still keeping track on the expenses for the build like when you started last year? You guys are making great progress, hopefully someone who knows the a/c stuff will hit you guys up, keep up the great work!

quick junkyard tip. always check crv for the rear tables. they usually only cost 15 or 20 bucks in the yard and are super useful
