Love your recipes, I've tried your sesame seed cake, peanut butter brownies, coconut brownies and coffee cake and they all turned out so wonderfully. You deserve more attention in the keto community!
This is my favorite recipe for sure! I've done it dozens of times! It's excellent 👌🏻 I do like the little portion option to make in a hurry! I usually make the big recipe and freeze it without the frosting and I make little batches of frosting as I need when I thaw it. No doubt this is the best cake ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love this. It's probably my personality, but I want to see the recipe first and then watch the video. On many other videos, I will find myself scrolling through the comments while the video is playing to see if I can find a comment where the recipe is listed out. More like a low carb mocha cake. Nothing cheesecake about it, nor tiramisu about it. But looks very delicious, and I'd like to try it, because I do love mocha cakes too.
Looks like a nice Mocha cake but, no offense, nothing to do with Tiramisu. The base for regular tiramisu (lady fingers) has no chocolate nor coffee mixed in the dough, but it is a plain yellow cake and once baked you soak it in liquid espresso which gives the moist and strong coffee flavour. The only chocolate in the regular recipe would be the cocoa powder sprinkled on the top. The cream mixture (usually mascarpone cheese) does not contain any coffee or chocolate either. In any case, I am sure this Keto mocha cake is delicious!
Yes exactly I think I will leave out cocoa powder, add vanilla and soak in coffee instead of using instant in cake. Then make a chocolate frosting, no instant there either. I love chocolate lol
Well I thought the same the first time I saw the original recipe and I really wanted a keto tiramisu but I didn't want the fuss to make the ladyfingers so I tried it and I can guarantee you that not only it tastes like the non keto version of a tiramisu, but also has the same moisture and texture of it! It's in fact so good that for me, this is her BEST recipe and I made a lot of her recipes, all 5⭐ to me. I do this on repeat and I encourage you to give it a try 😉 if you happen to try it, make sure you do the big version because you regret not having leftovers for the next day or, as I usually do, for the freezer and thaw the desserts has I need ☺️
I made this recipe multiple times using canned coconut milk and it works but you should add s bit of powdered gelatin for it to hold its shape. The best is heavy cream but if you don't have or prefer to use another ingredient bare in mind that it needs a bit of gelatin
