Just came to say if the rest of the Dunkins had someone like you putting in even 1/2 of the care, concern, and attention to detail that you bring, Dunkin would be a lot more popular. I really appreciate your respect for the slower employees who are less passionate about the job but you are still nice and encouraging to them. I think it's funny that you do basically all the work yet there is a crew of 10. Thanks for the videos!
I began a week ago and let me tell you that taking orders isn’t a joke, that system is like a NASA computer with all the stuff, I’m trying to learn how to be faster taking orders and you do it like a second nature (I’m so jealous 😅)

Donuts are fried not baked! And they don't make then in the stores, they have. central bakery that delivers them daily to the stores.
