Honestly, it's not safe to be showing your house like that anyway. I get wanting to see those things, but house tours can put a huge target on your back.
This was another series that shouldn't have been made and really didn't do anything helpful for graveyard girl in the long run. Not only that, but the treatment of Garrett in this series was absolutely horrible. Shane set him up to get sort of in trouble, and never got anything for it.
I think he did amongst all the chaff hit on some of why graveyard girl was declining. She was definitely burnt out and becoming super inauthentic so his advice about show more who you are could have worked. She just tried for like a month then fell back into the same overexaggerated stunts (like the sippy sippy thing) and videos that worked a decade ago that aren't on trend now (or then)

Unbelievable that Shane ever thought he was in a position to dictate what other people should do with their careers. The only reason he gained success between 2016 to 2020 was because of Drew, Garrett & Andrew. Now Shane's without them he's struggling for content.

I love this style of video! What always struck me about this series is that Bunny was right, her down to earth country girl vibe was a huge part of her appeal and I actually think this video made people feel the opposite of sorry for her… especially when then she had that little starbucks episode

I’m honestly glad she didn’t listen to shane. She went through a lull on youtube, but she found a new audience on tiktok and snapchat and she is able to still do what she does best. She is doing a lot better than shane is now!

Bunny is 37 and she’s dressing up in crazy outfits with googly eyes. She looks like she’s performing for children in her videos. And I think that’s why she’s finding so much success of TikTok, her TikToks get insane views because there are more kids on there that would gravitate towards her content.

I just loved Bunny’s personality. Once her channel changed to only DTTRW and unboxing kids toys, I started watching less and less. It was just the same thing everyday and she seemed very robotic. I’m still subbed to Bunny but tbh, I really one watch a new video once or twice a year since 2017. It’s really bittersweet. I don’t wanna unsub cause I used to absolutely love her. It’s just bittersweet seeing nothings changed at all.
"Does this thing really work?" genuinely appealed to a teenage audience at the time. She'd do reviews on beauty things like hair straighteners or curlers or those weird things that supposedly dry your hair while brushing it. She also did reviews on a whole lot of "as seen on TV" products, a lot of games and toys that were marketed towards younger kids that teens were supposed to be "too cool" for but felt comfortable watching her to satisfy their interest. She genuinely had a really good thing going with that series for a very long time with the diversity and the honest reviews. I consider her one of the very first "review" channels to ever exist, before weird things like "Ryan's Toy Review" started becoming its own disgusting type of content.

Essay incoming... I was a sub of Bunny since like 2016 and she always talked very openly about her problems and mental health struggles. She has always been aware of a lot of her problems (hoarding for example) and she always tried to work on herself and she has always been EXTREMELY transparent about it. She has severe anxiety and depression for a very long time and it's simply not that easy to live with it. I know, cause I myself have anxiety- and panicdisorder, depression and bpd. So I feel for her. Obviously she has a lot of money, but never once did I feel like she was flexing in any way, even when she was showing more expansive things. It just never seemed like she was flaunting to me. Just a person loving something and being excited about it. If anything I feel like she seems to be one of the most down to earth people we have on social media, despite her following and wealth. She just stayed the way she has always presented herself since she started. A lot of people don't like her content, but I honestly don't see the problem with that, like I understand it's very unique and weird and quirky, but then just don't watch it. Her channel isn't dead, it may not get millions of views anymore, but she seems to be fine and happy with it, the people that stayed, are just her actual fans. What I HATED about the shane series on her, was how she was falling apart after. She felt so much pressure, because so many people subbed to her and told her what to do and change to make her videos more popular. And she was breaking apart from it and getting in a very dark place. I remember it so well, cause I was very worried about her. Shane is just horrible for putting so much pressure on someone who is clearly struggling with mental health already. Shane isn't an empath, he is just disgusting. Rather watch Bunny or Garrett Watts.
I feel like one thing you are missing here is that Bunny took social heat over the starbucks thing and if I'm not mistaken showing some expensive clothing on her socials. That may have led her to really hold back on showing sucess. She's also always had the creepy aesthetic but pulled away from it after having some bad experiences. Honestly I don't like giving tours of my house either. Always thought it was odd people want to see where you sleep. lol But if not showing wealth is a lie what's PewDiePie doing? He's acknowledges it but is very humble and doesn't show his wealth or much of his house. I may not watch every single video with TH-camrs I like unless they are my favorite. But I would and will click on a personal life update kinda video on the ones I follow regardless. I felt like neither played off each other well in this seasons anyways. Seemed awkward to watch on both parts. But that's just my thinking/viewing of it.

If I remember correctly, graveyard was originally going to play a prank on them, but since she got pranked instead she had a meltdown. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's how it went down. I just feel so bad for Garret and how much he was shamed by his friends. Very cringe.
It wasn't weird to think that TH-camrs live in mansions. But "Bunny's" whole style was a sort of rural country girl, not a big-name, mansion-owning person. That's why she never wanted to advertise herself that way.
Essay incoming... I was a sub of Bunny since like 2016 and she always talked very openly about her problems and mental health struggles. She has always been aware of a lot of her problems (hoarding for example) and she always tried to work on herself and she has always been EXTREMELY transparent about it. She has severe anxiety and depression for a very long time and it's simply not that easy to live with it. I know, cause I myself have anxiety- and panicdisorder, depression and bpd. So I feel for her. Obviously she has a lot of money, but never once did I feel like she was flexing in any way, even when she was showing more expansive things. It just never seemed like she was flaunting to me. Just a person loving something and being excited about it. If anything I feel like she seems to be one of the most down to earth people we have on social media, despite her following and wealth. She just stayed the way she has always presented herself since she started. A lot of people don't like her content, but I honestly don't see the problem with that, like I understand it's very unique and weird and quirky, but then just don't watch it. Her channel isn't dead, it may not get millions of views anymore, but she seems to be fine and happy with it, the people that stayed, are just her actual fans. What I HATED about the shane series on her, was how she was falling apart after. She felt so much pressure, because so many people subbed to her and told her what to do and change to make her videos more popular. And she was breaking apart from it and getting in a very dark place. I remember it so well, cause I was very worried about her. Shane is just horrible for putting so much pressure on someone who is clearly struggling with mental health already. Shane isn't an empath, he is just disgusting. Rather watch Bunny or Garrett Watts.

I feel like one thing you are missing here is that Bunny took social heat over the starbucks thing and if I'm not mistaken showing some expensive clothing on her socials. That may have led her to really hold back on showing sucess. She's also always had the creepy aesthetic but pulled away from it after having some bad experiences. Honestly I don't like giving tours of my house either. Always thought it was odd people want to see where you sleep. lol But if not showing wealth is a lie what's PewDiePie doing? He's acknowledges it but is very humble and doesn't show his wealth or much of his house.
