Holy cow man. I've had a Lapavoni for a year and have never gotten cream like that. Tried fresh roasted, Illy, Lavazza, you name it. I use a Lido E so the grind is good. Damn. How hard are you tamping that?
Hi! Stephen, I tamped as normal (I tested around 13kg). But for Lavazza Espresso bean, I have to grind very fine. By the way, I am using Eureka Mignon grinder.
