Its been a while since I've seen a video on here, but I'm glad I watched this because it was funny and suprisingly informative. I really respect the in-depth analysis you two give these games, even if its just for fun. Awesome!
Graphics: Some things on the Genesis move when on the SNES do not and vice versa. SNES does have better use of color. SNES has a slight edge. Presentation: Genesis has very few extra things. SNES has the same amount in the ending. Nothing better than the other, really. Tie. Sound: Music specifically for the bosses is a plus. SNES does much better with the sound effects. SNES wins here. Gameplay: Genesis does not do much with the screen not being cropped. Genesis screen looks like it has been stretched up and down compared to SNES. No ice physics in a game is a plus for SNES. Having at least 1 continue on Genesis and extra lives are something everyone would want. Genesis wins gameplay. I have to say that SNES wins this one, but I would prefer Genesis for the continues and extra lives. Pink Goes to Hollywood is next.
Hey, I do the exact same thing in my head whenever I watch one of their videos. :D For example, I just know that whenever they do Rock and Roll Racing, they're going to give the Genesis version the victory for smoother framerate, slightly higher resolution, and an extra song. But in my head, I'll be giving the SNES version the victory for the graphics and music being leagues better, because to me, that's what matters for that game. I still love their videos though.

Also, nice callback to the "Joe & Mac" Episode, especially since both that game and "Chuck Rock" are both about cavemen! Loved the comparisons of both versions of the game! It sure did feel interesting because of how balanced and not-one-sided it was! Overall, an excellent Episode, and, IMO, and even better entry for 2023 than the previous Episode, "True Lies". Here's to more greatness in 2023! Y'know, I've been meaning to put in my suggestions for games for a long time. Having scanned through your VGCollect game collection many times, I can offer you the following suggestions for 2023. Specifically, which games to do for Halloween-themed and Christmas-themed Episodes. I hope I didn't suggest these too late for you to sufficiently prepare for. You could save the Halloween one for 2024, if you think you can't make it in time for Halloween 2023. Halloween 2023: Wolfchild You've done Episode plots about zombies, vampires and Frankenstein's Monster for past Halloween Episodes. I figure doing a Episode about "Wolfchild" would be a good excuse to do a plot about werewolves. Christmas 2023: James Pond: Robocod I believe I mentioned it in the unboxing video where you received this Episode, but in case I didn't, this game is Christmas-themed. Phew! Well, that's enough for now. Bye!
The rock n roll part after the chuck rock comparison at the end was the best and also Happy Birthday Dan totally dig your style of retro gaming and singing!!!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳🎂🕹🎮

Halloween 2023: Wolfchild
You've done Episode plots about zombies, vampires and Frankenstein's Monster for past Halloween Episodes.
I figure doing a Episode about "Wolfchild" would be a good excuse to do a plot about werewolves.
Christmas 2023: James Pond: Robocod
I believe I mentioned it in the unboxing video where you received this Episode,
but in case I didn't, this game is Christmas-themed.
Phew! Well, that's enough for now.
Bye!
Thanks for the kind words! They really mean a lot to us!
Thanks for the suggestions too. I think we just might do Wolfchild for Halloween
I never played either of these versions. Really gotta tip my hat to that title screen on the Sega! Great episode, guys! Always a fun watch!
The cropped screen/lower resolution, once again, ruins the SNES version. At least it's not as bad as the Atari ST version.
Amiga port
The rock n roll part after the chuck rock comparison at the end was the best and also Happy Birthday Dan totally dig your style of retro gaming and singing!!!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳🎂🕹🎮
Thank you!
Great video as always!!!
Happy Birthday Dan! Waiting to get seated at the Cheesecake Factory and there's a baby wailing next to us. 😆
Thanks! Hope you enjoyed your meal
I'd be really caught of guard if during the " THATS IT ARE WE DOING THIS?!"
Nintendo just said "NO..."
that'd be a great April Fool's Day joke for a game so bad you don't wanna play it
As always, spectacular job with the video, guys! Also, Happy belated birthday, Dan! I hope it was a great one!
