Diane didn't do anything. She was sitting out on this. Didn't you watch this? And regarding commission. The consultants don't get 20% or anything. It is much smaller. Therefore, the percentage of a $4000 dress is pretty close to one of a $2000 dress when looking at the numbers. And percentage of someone not buying a dress is $0. Therefore, everyone acts like the consultants think about their commission rather than getting the bride to simply buy a dress. And that is not true. Any consultant going that route will not make any money. The truth is that brides usually like the dresses at the top of their price point. They want the most of what they get for their money. And they want to impress on their wedding day, yes? That is why consultants usually stop at the top. It's not a vast conspiracy but to make sure they can get the most out of their appointments. When trying on only a few dresses out of thousands, this way they can easily find the right one.
"I spent $1000 for a dress that I wore to .... I'm not going to spend the extra money for my own wedding?" My answer would've been at that point, "Fine. YOU'RE paying for the difference in this dress. Here's my $2k budget. Have fun making up the difference."

If your mom is giving you a budget and your exceeds to that then pay for the difference. You should know how to spend within your limits. And to the groom........ I think you should think again, are really sure that you will get married to this kinda woman?? Hmmmmm!!🤔🤔🤔🤔
The groom was engaged and cheated with this girl. They are made for each other.
@@traceyhuntstreasure2890Yup, they are bad people with bad morals.
She didn't respect her fiance's (previous) relationship and she doesn't respect her parents or he budged. She just takes what she wants. Everything is about her. I would run if I was Mr. Gold
Why doesn't the shop get the budget at the beginning of the appointment and show her dresses at that price?
Oh my god this woman seems horrible. Her attitude about meeting her husband while he was engaged was so WEIRD and now shes trying to force her mom to spend 7000$+ on a dress??? she should be thankful her mom was even willing to spend 3k!
Spoiled bride! If she wants that dress she should pay the difference. And she is marrying someine who was engaged when she met him! She doesn't have a good character either.
It is so disrespectful for Brooke to push her mom into another budget guess she forgot to read Ephesians chapter 6 because she is right there on the edge with her disrespectful mouth also
Que novia tan grosera y desagradable
Not only disrespectful but extremely rude and selfish too. She is so wasteful while her mom is more practical.
WE 3 AGREE And let’s NOT FORGET Proverbs 30: 11 - 14
If you can spend 1,000 dollars on a dress to go to Staten Island… whyyyy can’t you pay for the difference on your wedding dress 😭😭 so pathetic
Cos it wasn't her own money.
I paid for my own dress. My dad paid for the reception which was a lot of money. I miss him dearly.
She is a horrible ungrateful individual who has doubtfully ever counted her blessings...next they will be paying for the divorce..
Lady, you're an adult. Pay for it yourself!
Mom should have stuck to her very clear budget, but you have "trained" this girl to be too demanding.
Anyone else hearing the wind beat the crap out of the red flags? 💨🚩💨🚩💨🚩💨🚩🚩🚩
I feel Diane was railroading the mom. She’s more interested in her commission than making the ultimate client (the mother) happy.
Diane is like that most of the time.
Mom is right about the budget. Daughter should fork up her own money.
"I spent $1000 for a dress that I wore to .... I'm not going to spend the extra money for my own wedding?" My answer would've been at that point, "Fine. YOU'RE paying for the difference in this dress. Here's my $2k budget. Have fun making up the difference."
To be fair, the dress the mom picked was HIDEOUS. Now, if she liked the expensive dress, she should contribute half.
What they'll do to be with you, they'll do when they leave you. He had committed to another woman and you smugly say that you were what was missing? You are perfect for each other.
This young lady needs a reality check! Her parents have spoiled her and now they are suffering the consequences!
Pay for it yourself! I did & no way I would spend that kind of money on a 1 day dress.
Me too! My dress cost less than $400 including alteration and I paid myself.
Everyone handled the budget the wrong way and created the ensuing money drama.
We all need to keep in mind that the SYTTD production staff encourages drama/conflict.
Randy should not ask the bride for the budget when it’s obvious she wants her mom to spend the money they won’t. She should pay for it!!!! And they pull Pnina’s!!!
Randys got a great bridal line with nice prices
@@Brianne-kr4ks This episode was from 2009 - Randy was not actively designing at that time.
@@BasicYTHandle oh ok ty
Well Gee!!…If the daughter wants the dress so much WHY doesn’t she offer to contribute to the price tag !!!
Mom needs to set boundaries. “I will pay for this and you can pay the rest of it.”
Well if she spends so much money on her own clothes she can pay for her own wedding dress! No mom you don’t have to pay for it! She is a grown woman with her own money!
He was engaged? I hope he ditched her too for someone else
She divorced him and is married to a new man name Adam in 2015 and they have 3 children, looks like Michael cheated on her too
Bride: "I'm really good at taking charge of a situation. I get what I want."
No, darling, you know how to throw a fit.
"It's a family issue" No, it's your issue for showing a very expensive dress so you could get a higher commission instead of what the mom said she could afford. Disgusting! 🙄👎
Lady- you have a job, your fiancé has a job--spend YOUR own money!!
imagine thinking being the other woman makes you better than somebody& does she thinks he wont do the same to her?😂😂
This is what spoiled looks like, I feel bad for the groom
This woman is so many red flags
I could never be happy in a dress if I had to get it THIS way… with cursing and arguing. 🤷♀️
Also, she didn’t look like she had ‘that feeling’, when you find ‘your dress’.
She may always get what she wants, but she’d do good to examin if what she wants really serves her. And others.
Not only did she steal her husband from his current fiancee 1:01, but she also is a terrible ungrateful mean daughter *vomits*
“In the end we all came to an agreement “ omg 🤦🏻♀️, no she had a temper tantrum! Lol
Respect what your parents offer you and be grateful for any money they can come up with for your wedding and don’t demand a penny more like grow up and be grateful. Say thank you and come up the rest yourself or stay in budget. Just raising a child is expensive let alone expecting so much money to get married
I totally blame Dianne...d consultant for this appointment 👎
Yup.
I'm sure there are many other beautiful gowns and silhouettes that will look good on her. She could even wear those sample size gowns that are way cheaper and dramatic.
Wait, is she 14 years old?????? You raised her mom!!!!!
I will never understand how these bridezillas are so comfortable spending other people’s money
Mom is absolutely right. $6,000 for a gown is ridiculous. Unless you're the Rockefellers.
The conceit and entitlement of this bride is obnoxious and disgusting. SHAME.
“I always buy expensive clothes, don’t you know that!!” Then buy your own wedding dress???😱like whyre you as a grown woman complaining and then making your mom pay the extra money?
This bride is beyond rude and ungrateful. She’ll be an awful ex-wife soon
Please just listen to the person who is paying. The bride consultant should have listened to the mother.
She said I'll spend a lot of money on a dress... then fork out the extra money!!!!! Don't expect your mom to pay for the whole thing if you go over HER budget, pay the difference
she is a red flag. I hope her husband had run for his life already. This woman can make anyone’s life hell.
Diane always goes to the most expensive. Why?! Listen to the person PAYING for it.
Diane is a money grubber. She needs to go!! And Randy was told by the mom what she would spend and he did not do anything about it.
Bride is horrendous diva...unless her future husband is some kind of saint it won't last. Geesh
This bride is very entitled. I do not see the marriage lasting.
There are so many red flags with that bride
The first one hit when she said when I first met my fiance he is engaged and the only thing that is missing in that engagement is me
Kind of relationship breaker to me
“Do you know how much I spend? For me to not spend . .” Except she’s not the one spending.
The fiancé broke off his engagement for this woman?! She is gonna be the death of him.
This woman is going to be a nightmare wife. She even is cheering stealing a woman's fiancé. BUT if the fiancé is that weak and easily manipulated maybe nightmare daughter/wife did her a favour.
The first bride is utterly selfish.
