Wow! Ina, Dixie and Roscoe P. Waggle Tails! 🤗 How cool is that! What a lovely lady 😇 Ina is...so sweet and love the accent! We were at that AT trail head, ME 27 road today. Left some cherry cokes and Poland Spring on the rock with the white blaze (Sugarloaf). I am super happy you had so much fun at the concert. What an amazing surprise and gift! Birch and I were touring Hostel of Maine today. We will be there in September to do Sugarloaf. Birch pulled his hamstring during a 10 mile race the night before so today was a no-go. Love the Rant! 👊🏻 "Gear dude" 😂 One of the reasons I got off FB is because this chick kept riding me about my choice of shelter. I told her to watch IBTAT on the PCT since he got the same one! 😂 PK shed half the weight! PK's trail name is Mule? Cool! Wow! Hyperlite pack in the hiker box? Wow! What a score! You totally rock helping square away a fellow hiker. 👍🏻 I LOVE LOVE LOVE your message to the your wife....Awwwwww! So sweet! 😁 I am digging the sunglasses...helps with crows feet too...not that you have to worry! Happy trails! 🌺

The fact that you are ruminating about the interaction with that douche is an important growth signpost for you. It's not a bad thing, but something that robs your brain of energy to focus on other things that will serve you better. Its hard to release those thoughts, but simply bringing your mind back to something beautiful in the present will help. I have been working on this for 10 years and still struggle with it bro.
