    I have a very similar set up with my turbo honda with the same carb and the older banana head pipe (really like your setup for pips). The video was too short but reading the comments it seems you had a problem turning more than 5K rpm. I'd love to follow and see what your doing on the dyna and to find out your setup for jets and such on the HSR carbs. So keep the video's coming...

    If you're running anywhere near the stock needle taper on that HSR, the mid-range flatspot is going to be terrible. I would hand-sand at least .003" or so off the taper portion and about 10mm above and below it as well and see how much better it makes the transition from vacuum to boost. Also, I drill the accelerator pumps out to at least .9mm and increase the float height as much as I can without it leaking, usually that's about 19-19.5mm on an HSR. I'd run .020" plug gap tops too. Don't run projected plugs, and if you have resistor boots don't also run resistor plugs or the spark will be super weak. I'd run D8EA in this application. Lastly, low powered engines are not forgiving to over-sized turbo's. My kz650 was slow as hell with a T28, and then I swapped on a GT1544 and it turned it into a monster. So if you tinker around with it for weeks and can't get it to make more than 7psi no matter what you do, you need a smaller turbo.

      This bike features a JMR Billet Block designed and manufactured by Mike Rieck from JMR porting. He painstakingly fixed all the Inherit issues of big bore 1000cc+ cb750s with using all the tricks of the trade

    Had seen the video on Kaplan America where Ken introduced you but guess I didn't realize it was you until seeing this video lol. Sounded like it was breaking up a bit there, you figure out if it was fuel or ignition related and get it sorted?

      Had some ignition issues the bike wouldnt rev past 5000rpm. Made 70hp at 5000rpm on 7psi
