If you want to play, you play. If you don't want to play, you don't.
If you want to be mediocre, yes.
@@elsonfreirefilhoIt's a matter of motivation in this context, not proficiency.
@@wav3st3p16 wym?
@@elsonfreirefilhoWhat did you mean?
@@wav3st3p16 lol. What I meant was that if someone wants to be above average in something, they have to do above average. If you want to be really good you have to play even when you don't feel like it. I believe this video was made with that type of guitarist in mind.
I'm convinced bro made this video just to Wonderwall us
maybe i did...
and you said maaaaaaaaaaaaaaybeeeeeeee@@yiiiiiiiiiii8
Principe 1 is so true. If i can't reach my guitar when sitting in my chair i'm skipping the practice session lol
realest comment here
I'll watch this video a bunch of times to make sure I don't miss any of these great tips
appreciate the support! Let’s get better at guitar together!
I just play every day. Music is my life. If i don't play guitar I feel like crap. I keep it in its case but I always play it regardless. I understand why people would struggle though.
I don't really care if people like my playing. Though i do lik3 compliments
Hey mate, I feel the same way. If I'm away from the guitar for about 1-2 days, I start to panic
I almost want a travel guitar because I need a guitar with me
@a.i.l.l.i.n Yeah it's a bit of an addiction 😅. At least it's a healthy way to spend time :)
@ihateyou1379 travel guitars sound really worthwhile ! Or get a small acoustic perhaps ? :)
From the Danny Yau analysis, since Danny Yau uploads frequently, i think that recording your playing is also a good way to improve your guitar skills, since that your mistakes can be heard on playback and you can improve from there. It helps to tighten up your playing as well
Fr tho, bro gets better everytime
i just baught a guitar in december and started playing since febuarary. I haven't had a day where i haven't picked it up. i learned sweet dreams, longing)the last of us) and I'm now learning Goose from polyphia. My guitar is under my bed and when I'm in bed i just pull it out and practice.
I'm learning Goose from Polyphia too lol
idc how much time it needs but whenever i get a guitar imma learn playing god as soon as i start(i play bass rn since 8 months). obviously i wouldn't be able to show results right away but the fact that i can play it is crazy enough to hook me to it.Also i have been learning the GOAT bass solo on bass + the main guitar riff so i'll be uploading it soon when i get it perfectly
good luck bro
Learning drums rn and this is rlly helpful, i should probably read the full book too
for me, it was VERY insightful and full of practical tips. it not only acts as a guide book to bettering your habits but as motivation. the author really makes it easy for you, making it seem incredibly possible you could achieve all your goals. i totally recommend everyone to read it at least once or maybe twice
I think I've gotten to the point where a day feels weird if I don't play guitar sometime in the day.
Thank you for the advice!
I’m 30 seconds n and already subbed. Your doing great work ‼️‼️‼️
This video is gonna blow-up. I'm calling it. Great job!

Damn, was 1st viewer...lets gooo
Thanks for the support!
@@yiiiiiiiiiii8 no problemn, good use of habits and linking them to practice. I'm guilty of the perpetual "i'll practice tomorrow" loop
ARKNIGHTSS SS
your mic is too soft compared to the bgm
and then wonderwall is too loud at the end. try to use fades between the guitar clips and when you're speaking, the transitions are too jarring
wish you could speak louder next vidd
