It’s crazy how 2k25 does so many fundamental things incorrectly. Layup animations slow you down regardless of how fast you are, shooting and shot meter are unreliable and inconsistent, and passing can be a nightmare

clique my assumption for the timing being different is the hertz of your monitor. If you cap it at 60 frames and run on 60 hertz it will feel the same as ps5

This might not be true or not cause haven’t played 2k25 on pc yet, but I remember on 2k16 the timing would change based on your frame rate. So what I would do is cap your frame rate at 60 on pc and see if that fixes the shot timing.
