- We decided to dedicate the 2023 camping season to the Northern part of Algonquin. We had never started a trip out of Kawawaymog Lake, so this was going to be a first. We wanted to start our trip with a huge first day to get deep into the park with a prevailing wind. Our second day would take us further north to start the loop back to North Tea through Fassett Lake. We brought along a few camping buddy, and Callum did not disappoint.
Join us on another weekend adventure in Ontario's greatest provincial park,
Thanks for watching,
The Boys
Great video, boys! I must say that was a steep price to that bet. Maybe next time, I would bet who does the dishes that night instead! Lol
Doesn’t seem like much to some… but that liquid weight can add up haha
@@SingleMaltAndMaps true true. I totally get it!
Nice one.😍
Ric's hammock is it Haven? His setup looks really dailed in 😊.
Thanks for sharing ✌️.
Hennessy hammocks all around. We use various 3rd party under quilts.. and Rich usually uses some sort of different hanging style.
damn no bs from you guys, you really love moving around a lot. im going to manitou lake this canada day weekend, hopefully i can get on some nice smallies!
great vid guys
We do tend to move each day… trying to see as many lakes in the park as we can… and that fassett loop seemed to be a bass haven! Good luck on your trip in a few weeks!
Would give anything to get into this place.. you ever fished wendigo lake?
A loop out of wendigo is on our short list for potential 4 day trips. I assume a bass lake as well?
also, is there largemouth bass in manitou lake or just fassett lake. its difficult to find information about this rural bodies of water.
We only caught lake and brook trout , plus a nice small mouth bass on manitou. Nothing on fassett but we really only fished for a bit on our way to shad on a morning paddle. I assume all of those lakes have large and small mouth bass.
Or ever done the brent put in then nippising river loop?
Yeah in 2015 and 2016 we did two loops from Cedar where we came out the Nip, here is the second one we did.
