I have been living in Norway for 6-7 years and the work culture, life, social securities are same as in Germany. But I feel language plays a vital role in order to feel integrated in a society. I am working in a Norwegian organization as a developer, it was surprising for me that I have to communicate technical stuff also purely in Norwegian with other developers or team mates. My lot of energy goes in translating and forming a sentence in my head before I have to say about something. The world is moving fast, so IT world. And I’m beginning to feel like instead of using my energy on translating everything and learning new language and becoming pro in that.. I could have used it on learning something new in my field or which interests me. the fact of working in European countries is that if you don’t speak their local language properly then you have small job market. And if you want growth in your career and if you want to work in lead roles then speaking a regular general local language is not enough.. you have to be pro.. bcos good communication is very important anywhere for leaving an impact. When you don’t have kids then you might have lot of time to do or to learn many things but when you have kids then you need to choose wisely where you want to spend your time. I would say if you are single or don’t have kids then work in USA bcos there is money but if you want hassle free life with your family and if you r not much ambitious about money or if you don’t require recognition to feel motivated at work then work in Germany or any other European country

Germany is Socialist country whereas USA is Capitalist country. Students can work only on Campus during classes in the US whereas in Germany you can work anywhere during classes. Health care is covered free of cost in Germany but in the USA it's extremely expensive even with Insurance (personal or corporate). Getting citizenship or Green card for Indians is almost impossible in the US whereas in Germany Indians are being welcomed now with open ams, citizenship may be available in 3-5 years.

Thanks for great video. Just a correction: You can visit US on a German passport but can't work. One has to get a work of permit to work in US (even a EU citizen, the process is same as any other non-EU person). Please correct if I am wrong.
