They are listening, how else do you think they found out father was lying about her diappearance? Theres alot of brainwashing in child custody cases, in most instances to gain advantage the "abuse" word is very much used, sometimes its true other times its made up. But the father's actions could be perceived as psychological abuse.

Again there is ZERO proof or ZERO evidence that the mom did any abuse. You can't just go around accusing people of stuff. Not here in the U.S. How would you like it if I went to the police and said oh @AV__joint-heir_Timotheus just punched his mother in the head and kicked her? Just accused you of it, but you didn't do it. Ya see...there needs to be EVIDENCE. Like me recording you doing it or marks on the person. Also- the father didn't say crap when Alison told that to the police. Not one word. Nothing! You would think he would have said something. Nah didn't. I think Alison is lying. Lying to get back at her mom for divorcing the father. Lying for feel bad for the dad. Also just to get out of not going. Gotta use a good solid excuse. It worked. Police went away. Also if you look behind the officers in the far back, you can actually see her mom there. She is waiting there.

You have to have evidence of someone being abusive here in the U.S. You can't just go around accusing people of stuff. Clearly you are doing just that. Just like I can't accuse you for say punching your father in the head. There needs to be evidence. Did you even hear Alison's father saying anything about her comment? No. When Alison said that her mom was abusive, the father was silent. He didn't say anything. Nothing! Plus my guess is Alison made up that lie to get out of going with her mom. To get the police to go away. It worked. Police went away. I bet Alison is pissed off at her mom for wanting a divorce as well. She was the one that wanted it, the mom that is. Alison is most likely trying to get back at her too.

Power to control Allison and power to make her ex pay for keeping their daughter from her. If she cared about her daughter, none of this would be happening.
If the mom is and has been SAing Allison, something worse is going to happen if Allison is sent back to live with her mom.

There are public records, police reports from the past early as Alison was 11 , showed that the mother is abusive to both Alison and her dad physically and mentally. Alison had told the school nurse that her mom allowed the maternal grandfather stripped her naked and touched her inappropriately. This was also in record.
The main reason Alison’s mom wants to put Alison in mental institution is because Alison is 15, by law she has the right to choose which parent she wants to live with. Since the mom owns the custody of mental health, she is trying to have Alison being declared insanity hence incapable of making sane decisions, so she can overturn Alison’s decision of wanting to be with her father instead of her.

The mom got a felony and a $100k bail that she of course bailed out. There is documentation of this out there, of the mom claiming she will kill the child and the father if she continues to say the Grandpa was touching her. There is also a Dr that claims Alison told her/him about the sexual stuff as well. Just like in the video that Alison took from behind the door, the mom was trying to get her comitted to a mental hospital to discredit her.
