I love how Alex's caves is basically becoming orespawn but for modern minecraft.
Hope it doesn't meet the same fate as orespawn

no, they don't have any similarities, it's like saying that "alex mobs" is the modern version of mocreatures just because they both have animals
@@TulipCD No, it's the similarities to the type of mobs they're adding and the popularity it's getting which the commenter says it's "becoming" the orespawn of minecraft.
Also a bit of extra tidbits:
- the ortholance is literally just the shell of orthocones, which are extinct squid-like animals with a massive conical shell. For the time they were quite formidable but they’re not now because they’re all dead

@@AustinSisneros maybe as an alternative way to get the lances, or even be a trading item via fragments (iirc these things could get massive too)
Tips:Tremorzilla can swim in all liquids(lava,acid,water),so if you wanna have Tremorzilla farm,you can bring Tremorzilla you already have in Abyssal Chasm,making killing Hullbreaker A LOT easier,infact,Tremorzilla can all by his own kill both Lux and Hullbreaker
Raygun is the best weapon against Lux,since it prevents it from regenerating
Tremorzilla is immune to Nuclear Explotions(and,ofcourse,radiated effect),dunno how you can use it,just a fact
Tremorzilla is also stronger than Warden
Or you could get two tremorzillas and breed them with nukes to make an egg

11:13 iron golems cant drown,plus i think bubbles dissappear after it drowns the enemy,and since golems cannot drown,bubbles never dissappear

the luxtructosaurus looks like a dinosaur from the primal series that contracts the plague of madness.
7:56 you can move the possessed mob if the mob is behind walls what sightless actually does it makes you able to control the mobs that you don't have line of sight of them so if you look at the opposite direction where the mob is you can still control them

I like the lava dinosaur with Primal reference
I really like this new update, and I really like giant mobs! But, I am a bit surprised it didn't add ways to create the residents of the Toxic Caves. But at least now we have unique enchantments for the special weapons!

i know right they already gave the primal caves a huge update but they should add a virus like the madness virus from primal that you have to cure but also now that i think about it is the luxtructosaurus a reference to the brachiosaurus when it was in lava from primal if so that would be cool i mean it's called the primal caves so maybe i'm just dumb :P

i only known this update like 3 days ago, and the update was already out.
Thanks to your video I decided to get Java and mod Minecraft! With Homing 3 from Additional Enchantments the Dreadbow becomes 10x more powerful. My current one has Unbreaking 3, Shaded Respite, Dark Nock (don’t remember if there’s higher tiers), and Homing 4! Once I get Twilight Perfection I will be nigh unstoppable! I even randomly found an Abyssal Chasm on the return trip randomly! Now I know where 2 caves are, have maps for 2 more, and need to find some Primordial tablets still. Thanks so much for giving me some inspiration to this awesome mod!!!

You can also up tectonic shards to change the color of the Tremorzilla
Idk if you already do this type of vid before.But i think it would be cool if you do like a challeneg where you have to use gear from spesific mods and beat bosses from other mods. Maybe there could be a rule regarding your weapon and armor set for balance and make it more challenging.
Example is like using alex caves weaponry to beat Catacly bosses.This is just an idea tho, not forcing you to do it

You should try out the "Dragon Survival" mod, it's pretty cool. It lets you actually run around (and _fly_ around) as a dragon, among other things.

I love the tremorzilla being a Godzilla reference.
is the luxtructosaurus inspired by the infected sauropod in primal? it's got that vibe to it, with the seemingly rotting or melting skin, the bones sticking out, and the sauropod/lava theme, like when the one in primal finally died
Fun fact the luxtrucktosaurus is a reference to primal infected argentinosaurus and the tree star's is a reference to land before time

Great update but i wish the tremorzilla was bigger though imagine if it was like 40-50 blocks tall when standing erect and could crawl on the ground and become only 15 blocks tall in order to fit into tighter areas.
That would cause technical and ai issues.Mobs in that size could cause 1. Lagging 2. Error on their AI like movement or behaviour.
Asking for Mobs in the size of 40-50 blocks is easy on paper but on practice it would mostly works very bad
@@mhi8396 ice and fire stage 5 dragons are like 60 blocks long though and they work pretty well when they're not breaking blocks.
@@idgaf457im talking about height wise tho, not long wise.5 stage dragon at best is like.... 20 ish i think? And theyre one of the known modded mobs to be very buggy.Even alex the dev himself planned to do an revamp to the dragon in the future due to how fucked theyre
mobs that big would cause too much trouble, even more when we are talking about CAVES, how would a mob that size work in the caves???
@@cinderelenn if it could crawl through tighter spaces than It could work like if its standing normally its 40 blocks tall but it can bend down and become 10 or 15 blocks tall in order to crawl through caves.

Iron golems don't breath and thus cannot drown, that's why they were not drowning; not a bug..
What are the mods that you use to see mob drops? Last I recalled JEI didn’t have something like that

How do you get the alternate skins for the tremorzilla? There’s of course the green but apparently there’s a red and purple version to

So i want to make a Jurassic-like park using primordial and abyssal creatures and dinosaurs, the problem is whenever i put them in a cage, there is a chance they start teleporting around and get stuck in blocks or just teleport out of the cage. I can't even have an hullbreaker because the same thing will happen but it would be like he despawned. Also, the name tag is completely useless, can anybody help???

good video but i have this problem, every time i play alexs caves when i get close a toxic cave biome or a radioactive mob with radioactive effect my games from 120 fps goes down to 30-40, i use rubidium and i have nvidia rtx 4080
replace rubidium with Embedium and maybe try more performance mods, like better fps, modernfix, ferritecore, fix GPU memory leak
@@KaratFengMinecraft I tried but still the same problem, nothing change, by see other video of alexs caves showcast the ray gun and radioactive mobs goes pretty well and no fps reduce but mine goes down to 20
any other suggestion?
