    very helpful thank you so much! Planning a big one way trip from TX to CA and was nervous about the charging but boy oh boy am I excited. now! Ready to fly :)

      Thank you .I would still recommend a better route planner, but if you have a Tesla, simply key in the end address or your destination address and the car will set up all of the charging stops along the way, I did this for my coast to coast trip and it was very easy as the car tells you how many minutes you will be at each station .

    Nice to know information. I'm so behind everyone. I use a portable GPS that I plug in my lighter and it works quite well. Some day, I hope to get a newer car so I can join the more modern world but I'll just have to wait for now. The information was very helpful and I suppose that I could use my phone but I don't usually use my phone for that. Thanks for the video. AAAAAA++++++

      I am happy that you found it useful. You can also use the Google Maps app on the PC or on the screen of the Tesla.

    Type 2 is for 220V 3-phase used in Europe and many other countries. You can charge some cars with type 2 at 44 kW. In Europe 22 kw Type 2 outlets are very common for street charging, so that you can actually get a lot of power in a few hours. Most cars uses 11 kW though.

      yes. The CCS type 2 is used in Europe and China.
