They look good, but it would be nice if they had proportional control for the driving.
I agree and probably will be a future video :-)
cool rc and great review
Those look like a lot of fun. At that price it seems like one could be in my fleet soon.
love rc dump truck 😍😍
I just unboxed one of these on my channel a couple days ago. Really nice piece of equipment in my opinion. I also have DCM's 1:20 Excavator. My only issue with the 297D2 is the bucket tilt function is a bit slow. I think its a worm gear and actually only on one side. One of the faux cylinders is just for looks in my opinion. Im gonna open mine up and add some dry slide to see if it helps. Great video and thanks for sharing.
Great if your buying it for the body and intending to replace the crappy electronics
You did it again got me very excited they look good value
Do you know if they are available in England keep up the good work
Great video!!! Very interested to see what you can do with them. The worst thing about them that I can see are the sound modules, they sound terrible. I would like to see just a little bit of speed control at add some finesse when approaching pallets and such.
Looks a great RC kit very nicely packed. Weight is about the same as a 22 long blank german Colt 45 peace maker, 1970's Wild West show's Texas Rangers we raised funds for mencap Manor Hospital Epsom GB.
I bought one of the tracked loaders back in March and I am very disappointed in it. The boom/bucket motions are way too slow. When the boom is right up the bucket does not tip far enough to drop the material. The auger you can't get it in the vertical position. The sweeper attachment is very weak. And your one has that "stutter" on the left track exactly the same as mine. They do look awesome but for what I paid for it here in New Zealand, very very disappointed.
You should check out the Lesu wheeled and tracked skid steers. Very well built and use real hydraulics. About half the price of the Lesu backhoe.
My favorite though is the 1/14 scale Lesu tracked loader (a.k.a. Liebherr 636).
Very good model, I've the Lesu skid steer tracked version, just swap crappy hose for good thick one that endure high working, and it's a very good model and nice look.
I dream of your tracked loader, it's a must have ! 👀
I own one of the LESU skids. Mention that in the video.
@@HobbyconceptsLLC I rewatched and caught that part of the video this time. You can get those for quite a bit less than $3000 that you mentioned if you buy the kit. Of course the prebuilt model is much more.
@@GulliJ That’s a great upgrade to that skid steer. The hydraulic lines do leave something to be desired. My only real nitpick with the Lesu skid steer is that the drive motor ESCs don’t seem so great. I’d like to upgrade those.
I highly recommend the Lesu tracked loader. It’s a bit pricey but worth every penny IMO. Very scale looks with superb detail and very smooth drive and hydraulic operation. Also very strong 💪
Next how to video , is , how to properly utilize an X actoe knife to do an unboxing . I was waiting to see a large bandaid on your finger after the next edit !! HaHa !! First step is , tell emergicare , lets get started !!!
I wonder if they lift high enough to load a gravel truck?
It does not lift high enough to clear a Tamiya converted dump truck.
Looks the part and that’s about it. I’ll stick to my builds, the true ertl 1/16 die-cast that don’t sound like that 😬 fun toy grades.
Technically they are both skid steers, the wheel loader is that, a wheel skid steer, the tracked version are known as CTL's aka Compact Tracked Loaders. The road broom shouldnt be operated with the arms up, but more down in the at rest position and the broom runs along the ground like that. the tilt function is used to vary the amount of purchase on the ground gently not with lots of force by jamming the broom down at a vertical
So are you reviving loading wars?
The way I drive probably not!!
💕👍
Is it worth it and can we see it working in the dirt

they are both called skid steer machines
The link please my bud

The bucket doesn't look to scale It should be as wide as the tracks.
The fork lift is of poor quality, due to the friction mesh of the gears. It's far too noisy.
OK, those models are nice. Anyway the rc functions are crappie. Why's DM not selling real functional scale models for 100$ more is totally beyond me....
Nice presentation!
But they are definitely overpriced for unusable models.
Too slow, not able to be uqe even in kid model, even inside home for fun. It must be sell for 80-100$ at least
Not 2.5x that
Sorry for to that bad feeling about price but some models are overpriced sometimes.
License don't cover all problem of weak electronic
More simple models should be cheaper to operate under license and sell for good price.
But presentation is very well made.
I agree with you. These seem a bit overpriced for what you are getting.
