Hello friends! Hope you're all having a great weekend. What do you think of the new Fenty Beauty powder foundation? Looking back at the footage, I love the 290 on the perimeter, but I need to play with how I do the center of my face. I feel like both colors oxidized just a bit due potentially to the skincare, but I def need to do something lighter in the middle to avoid looking muddy. What're some of your favorite powder foundation tips or hacks? xoxo p.s. excuse the headscarf. I didn't feel like doing my hair today.
I like using a less dense flat top brush to buff in a powder foundation with a swirling motion. That way I get the coverage I need, but it doesn’t get cakey. I use the It Cosmetics Heavenly Skin brush.
I started out with the Mac powder foundation back in the day lol. I wear 450 in Fenty matte foundation, but ended up going a few shades lighter based on watching other folks around my skin tone. That was a mistake because the undertone did me dirty lol. I got my regular shade and it works much better, due to the neutral undertone! Thanks for the review. Made me a new subbie ❤️💋
I'm not a powder foundation person tbh, I swatched it in my store and it's cute, but nothing I NEED. But it's nice she has the option there for people who prefer a powder. Fenty skin finally launched at sephora today toooooo. I bought fat water with my discount lmao been wanting to try it. What do you you think Fenty needs next? I'd love some lip liners, and maybe some sort of cream eyeshadow.

omg I'm so happy Fenty Skin is now more readily available. You're 100% right about cream shadows. That's what I wanted out of their cream pencils, kinda like the marc jacobs ones, but hers disappointed me so much. They've finally gotten to the point where they have anything you could possible need though!
Happened upon your channel and you are adorable so I liked and subscribed! I have panda dark circles and I'm older with that being said I always used powder foundations but as of recent having problems because even though I moisturize well seems like my products are settling making me look older so I'm on the prowl for new concealer and foundation! Hoping this will work! Thank you for the video!🤗🤗🤗🤗
I really wanna try the glosses!! Fenty glosses are elite!!! As someone with dry skin me and powders dont get along so ill be sitting this one out lool 😂 but I feel like this powder will come in clutch for people with oily skin.

I want to try way more of the cream glosses! I think with the right skin prep, you can make the powder foundation work!
I’m not good with applying foundation, but the powder looks beginner friendly. I’ll probably just get the Cookie Jar cream once my job eliminates teleworking options.

The powder is super cute and super user friendly. I'm still enjoying it very much. I definitely want to look into Cookie Jar too!
The undertone of the shade 240 that you put on the center of the face is warm more yellow or is orange? I would like to know because I have a little bit of warm olive undertone but 290 looks a little to dark for my skin, that's why I want to know if 240 is yellow or is orange? Please tell me that is not orange 🥺 I'll thank you so much
Much more blurring and I actually have an undertone that works for me. I could never find the right undertone with mac. This also feels a little more finely milled
So interested in this! I have the Fenty liquid foundation and I've found that while the color and matte-ness is perfect, it tends to cling to flaking and show texture. How does this compare? (P.S. I have oily-dehydrated, acne-prone skin)

Being a matte product, and especially a powder, this might exacerbate the issue just the same as the liquid. Are you exfoliating regularly?
🙌🏽😉 Got my #FentyBeauty Pro Filt’r Powder Foundation shade 230 a few minutes ago and the new Diamond Bomb All Over Diamond Veil highlighter in Rosé Rave 🤩 Love your review and stay safe in the UK 🇬🇧 🙏🏽🤗
My brain does not compute how other makeup products relate to powder foundation. Do you do concealer before? Does cream blush apply well on top? I get so confused
Yes you do concealer before. I mean that's what I do at least. Don't know about cream blushes as I've never tried them. I've been stanning powder foundation forever until i discovered liquid foundation recently but i still love my studio fix.
I used my cream blush over the powder foundation and it blended very well! But you should put concealer on and set it with a setting powder before using the powder foundation.

Tbh i find a lot of flexibility. I do my spot concealing and most liquids first, but I haven't found issues spot concealing and using cream products on top either.
Nice video, but I’ve decided not to buy any celebrity products. I don’t support any of them.

Fenty Beauty actually is very much the antithesis of celebrity line, very objectively speaking. Innovative textures and products, really well thought out launches and products.
It's the fact that you bought this today, tested it AND made a video for me.
It’s been a lonnnng day 🥴
Riiight...omg thank you for your review 🙏🏽

Is that the Fenty head scarf ?

Starting a petition to get you on Fenty Beauty’s PR list.
The only review I will trust!
I’m over here taking notes and will definitely get it but need to decide the application tool
Did you get your hands on it yet?
@ I’m waiting for it to be available on Sephora Mexico, I think that fenty’s website uses DHL and they’re the literal devil.

@ the matte lipsticks were on sale for holiday though, so maybe she's getting rid of those? I wonder if new matte lipsticks are coming then or what
Yes the chocolate brown cream fenty gloss would have looked so good on you!
Omg okay I LOVE this diamond bomb on you!! That shade is somehow the perfect “icy” for a WARM tone??? So flattering, love!
I agree! Fenty did THAT once again!
This is the review I’ve been looking for! So thorough and real.. definitely subscribing!!! 💜💜
Hey boo!!! Great video! Still undecided if I’m getting this because I don’t -need- it but it looks good 😩
I objectively don’t need any more Fenty, but it does my soul good 😌

I was waiting for the glow by Ramón official review and I can say that I am 🏃🏻♂️ to Sephora!!
Ma’am how’re you commenting I thought I blocked you
omg, I cracked up at "... which I am very familiar with because I am known to eat it by the spoonful..." 😂
I'm OBSESSED with cream cheese frosting
If you want more coverage might be worth using with a powder puff instead?

How does this compare to the mac you used to use?

I HATE full coverage i am so excited for this i cannot wait till i get it in the mail!

@ Thanks! I definitely need to up my exfoliation game (I used to use BHA toner every other day but stopped for now after starting Curology last month)
Here for this 😍🥰💖

I use my pre-cleanse oil/balm to clean the sponge really well and it stretches the lifetime of my beauty sponges 🤗
Ooooh good tip!
Baby you know I ordered mine at 12:01 last night!
lol I bet you did!!! How you loving it so far? Hope you're staying safe and had a happy holiday!
Could you please review Urban Decay Hydromaniac Tinted Glow Hydrator? Having terrible finding reviews from oily acne-prone skinned POC influencers
I'll see what I can do!
@ Thank you thank you 🙏
What was your studio fix powder shade?
Oh god it’s been so long. NC 42?
I struggled with MAC shades because they didn’t ever seem to go olive enough for me
@ Yeah, same problem so I always had C40 and NC42.
Looks real nice but honestly as of today I'm over buying makeup. No need when we allll need to wear a mask. My new thing is skin care.
I like to feel cute underneath the mask lol. I got a mask on, but I also got some Gloss Bomb on too lol

Youre lovely instant sub 💗
Harvey Nic not Harrods
You’re right! I confuse all of the high end shops since I haven’t been to any yet lol
