Thank you for sharing this review 💚🤗💕🌟 I’ve just purchased it and it’s exceeded expectations in terms of looking like perfected skin, colour matching and comfort. I have dry, sensitive skin and had not anticipated liking it this much. Beautiful reviews as always, love to you. Xx
Have you ever tried MAC Studio Fix Powder back in the day when they were cruelty free? Did you like it as a powder foundation? Your hair looks great up.
You know what, that was one that I never tried. I had heard that the coverage was a bit on the lighter end back then so I just skipped it in favor of my usuals at the time.
I saw that this was coming out. I totally agree about ease of use with powder foundations. I prefer liquid but for a quick makeup look, powder is working really well for me. I might try this one later in the year. I’m still loving my Shiseido synchro powder foundation.
I still have that beautyblender blotterazzi it's my go-to in the spring and summer time to blot off sweat from my powder foundation in fact I have several of them so I always have a clean one. I haven't tried the Fenty powder foundation yet but I'm a try it someday after I'm out of my Laura Mercier and tarte Amazonian clay powder foundations
I have dry skin and I’ve used bare minerals, laura geller, and ulta’s powder foundation for years. My new favorite is Haley’s Beauty powder foundation. Not a lot of shades but it blends beautifully and has good staying power.
I have never tried the bronzer... I feel like bronzers last me forever because I use them so infrequently. By the way, Stella just said "she comments on your videos all the time, that's so cool!"
Oh forget that shade finder. It puts me in really fair and dark tan depending on what foundation I give them to match. I’m normally somewhere between Mac25-35 olive undertone. Rarely they get it right.
Great review! Curious to know how it works mixed with Balance and Brighten. The Sephora foundation color match is awful. I put in my liquid foundation color from Lancome and they "match" me with a color 4 shades darker no matter what brand I choose!
Yeah, they need to work on that shade selector for sure. I actually tried it with BnB and it works great! Really actually a great way to adjust BnB as a base.
Just to let you know, Peach & Lily Glass Refining serum is only $19 on Jan 19th for Ulta's skin sale. I'm due for more so going to grab a few for that price. Their Resurfacing mask is also on sale that day. Never tried it, but 50% off, I will be lol. On the 9th, the Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm is only $15 on the 9th. Definitely grabbing. I have the Elemis one now. Was $64 and no better than Clinique's.
Always interesting to hear about powder foundation. Always a go to for carry on only packing especially on tropical cruises. Always in my purse for touch ups. Even being a dry skin gal. I blast extra moisturizer and even oil on ahead. Wow that shade range. Way to go Fenty.
That is so true, they are fantastic for travel. No worries about liquid foundation exploding and making a giant mess. I'm so glad to hear that even with dry skin you can use powder!
I need to try Fenty......I’ve only got the Fussy Lip Gloss!! I still use the RTs blue squirrel Kabuki brush sometimes that you recommended a long while back! The blusher brush is beautifully soft as well 💓.Can’t remember if I said but your guess re Tarte Grey brow powder on QVC was right.....in the UK anyway. The other colours are available but repackaged. Xxx 🇬🇧
Well I am super bummed to hear that they left out the gray... WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT???? I mean, I feel like I alone kept them in business by buying up all the gray lol.
Hey beautiful, just wondering if you are still going to show us the skincare you are using at the start of every month? I love those videos, they are my absolute favourite. Xxxxxx
Yes of course! I think I may just skip it this month however because I am essentially using the same things as back in December. However, later this month I will be showing a cold weather AM and PM skincare (with me) routine
thank you for your review ! i bought it too but i find this powder too pressed that i cannot reach decent coverage and the brush doesn't pic much... i'm used to Mac mineralize skin finish ..
That is a good point I forgot to mention. It is firmly pressed for sure. My firmer brushes do work best for more coverage with this one. Have you tried a firmer brush? They do pick up more product.
Okay totally off subject and strange I guess. I have a pug as well, could you give me any tips on how to decrease the shedding, that’s if they’re is any.
Oh, no advice in that arena lol. They are shedding beasts! Honestly, I just vacuum frequently and call it good. One thing I do periodically is bathe once a month and brush really good after. It get's the vast majority of the fur "dumps" that happen seasonally I find lol. But they are cute huh? Totally worth the mess
I used to LOVE powder foundations just because they are so quick and easy to throw on! However, once I got older and my skin got dryer, they're just not my friend anymore 😞. I also love the Laura Gellar balance and brighten in fair and it's my HG powder foundation (as long as I use a light hand and set with a dewier setting spray!). But like you, my skintone is more warm and the fair is just so cool toned. Now I'm super curious how this would wear on my dryer skin 🤔. I'm on a no buy unless I run out of something but when I do, this will definitely be next on my list. Thanks for the review Melanie! xo EJ
That Laura Geller is magical for so many skin types. I really hope it never goes away. I really wish she would expand the color range however. It is so limited.
Hi, I love powder foundations, only this last year realising they suit my oily skin better, finding this at 60 years of age, I now own laura geller, laure mercier mineral foundation, my fav but is now discontinued, shiseido uv protective compact foundation, and clinique powder foundation, want to try bare minerals, looking forwards to your favourites blog.x
Lol, honestly I haven’t changed out the products 🤣. I will be in February. Promise! However, I will be doing a skincare with me for AM and PM in a couple weeks ❤️

So glad you are enjoying it as well! For sure a repurchase for me in the future as well!
Now that I’m working from home, some days I want to wear foundation but not liquid. I’m really interested in trying this one out. Great video!
I have super dry skin so I am going to skip but I had to watch because I could watch any of your videos! So relaxing!!!
Thank you so much Tiffany! You are so sweet to say that

She's def a good one for a quick evening out of the old skin and some good oil control.
Ohhh I just found you. I am going to go watch your other videos ❤️. Looking forward to your powder foundation videos.
Yay! Thank you! I'm so glad you are here!

Great choices! I’ve never heard of Haley’s Beauty! Thanks for the suggestion!
Thanks for sharing! I don't have much from Fenty but I really like their bronzer.

@@MrKongsMom Yay thank you. Xxx
That’s two good reviews of this! Also, I had the original pink blotterazzi! I liked it, too. 😊
It's a good one! The only issue really for me is the going into the smile lines... maybe I should stop with the smiles lol.
@@MrKongsMom nah, the lines are worth it for the smiles! 😁

@@MrKongsMom I’ll definitely try but I’m a bit disappointed because Of that.. it’s not very fast to use. I prefer the Mac one
I’ve heard it’s creamy enough for mature and drier skin.
Thank you for the review 😊.
My pleasure 😊
You’re stunning!
Awe! Thank you! You are too my sweet friend! Hope the babes are doing well! They are getting so BIG!
your hair and skin look very pretty :) connie
Thank you so much Connie! You are so kind!
Forgive me if you covered this and I missed it, how would you compare the Fenty to the Wander beauty powder foundation?
Wander is not as firmly pressed and I think can give MORE coverage more easily than this can.
Okay totally off subject and strange I guess. I have a pug as well, could you give me any tips on how to decrease the shedding, that’s if they’re is any.

What is your fav powder foundation?
My all time fave is probably always going to be Laura Geller Balance and Brighten I think... as long as it sticks around ;)
What shade u using?

Thanks for sharing!! They are such a great option for so many skin types. You just have to select the right formula for your skin type
Melanieeeeee.... you haven't done a routine video for 2 months. I'm feeling needy over here.
Lol, honestly I haven’t changed out the products 🤣. I will be in February. Promise! However, I will be doing a skincare with me for AM and PM in a couple weeks ❤️
@@MrKongsMom looking forward to it 😊
thanks for vid pretty lady. be safe
Thank you! You too!
Let us know if you find something similar without talc! 💕🙏
Have you tried Alima? They don't contain talc :)
Would have been beneficial to see it being applied, pore coverage etc 😉😉😉
