More Lace Knitting on a Superba Double Bed Knitting Machine

Here is another video showing how to knit this lace pattern on your French Superba/Singer/White/Phildar double-bed knitting machine with the Garter Lace Transfer Carriage.

another way to set the cursor stops is when they are both at the left end. loosen the right hand one and slide that and the cursor across so the left hand edge of the cursor is level with the first needle on the right out of work, then tighten the stop, this puts it 15 needles past the last working needle, then move to the right but line the right hand side up to the first needle out of work on the left, push the stop in as far as it will go and tighten. again, it's 15 needles past the last working as the cursor is about 15 needles wide. no counting or thinking about it ;)
*** edited to correct the needles - it's the first needles out of work you line up to, not the last in work, but 1 needle each side should not make a difference.

Hi Chris ,how do I know if the singer transfer carriage is going to work on my knitting machine? Can it be used on manual knitting machine?

If you have one of the older machines, the ones they call the "Suitcase Singer" I am not sure if the transfer carriage will work on those, but I suspect not.
If you have any of the newer Superba double bed machines, to the best of my knowledge they are all the same size and the carriage will work. If your manual shows that it can be used with the "regular" older style transfer carriage, then it will work with this one also.
