Xtool Extension Drag Chain Installation

I recently bought and installed the Xtool Extension. I have now added a drag chain to my extension to keep the wires out of the way. All items in this video have been self-purchased.

Do you know what items re needed for the d1 pro 40watt laser? The holes are not located on the bar with the laser for that one. Is there another kit for that one? Thanks for the help.

I'm not sure, however, I do know Alive Pixels does have a 40W option in their drop down menu, so they must have something figured out. If you go to their website, you can send a message, Daniel has been pretty responsive when I have messaged him. Is this a must have have, when I extend my xtool 20w?

Definitely not a must have. Everything will operate fine without a drag chain, however, sometimes your wires may get caught here and there and if it happens during a project, it will obivisiouly ruin your project because a caught wire will prevent the laser moving freely and properly. This is an easy upgrade you can add when you are ready.
