Meat Tines. I thought I didn't receive them either, but actually, I threw them away by accident. I was packing it up to bring it back to Best Buy because I didn't see the tines. Then I saw a tiny piece of plastic bag hidden in the corner of the styrofoam. The mean tines are not very big, however they are large enough to hold a 3 lb chicken. I went back and showed the manager at Best Buy in case another customer said the same. Yeah, that's because I made such a stink I had to eat some humble pie and apologize.
Wow! That sounds very easy to miss. In our case, we did look everywhere including styrofoams but didn't find the meat tines, so might have been a packaging error.

The fries needs to be just flip it 1× over during the cooking. 😅
