It's good to see most of them are growing well still, Brett. Very frustrating with the snail damage on the newly grafted one 😢 Yeah, there can be quite a wide variation between seedlings. The 4 I sowed earlier in the year and kept indoors have all outgrown the ones I sowed last year and kept in the greenhouse. I guess the consistent temperature and moisture indoors has suited them better. In the greenhouse, the temperature can fluctuate from 10°C at night up to 30+°C in the day lol. Also, there is no slug/snail damage on the indoor-grown ones of course lol 😂. Some of the fresh seeds I sowed last month from the fruits got from Thomas have started growing. I'll probably do an update on them all again soon.
To be fair I only sowed 4 seeds and 4 germinated which is a good success rate but it’s bizarre how one is so sickly. To be fair I’ve completely neglected them all summer so it’s amazing the other 3 are fine and they’ve been outside all summer so no extra warmth or protection. I’m pretty sure they’ll do fine over winter in the summerhouse ( except perhaps the runt of the litter 😂).
@@lyonheart84 ahahahah. Probably a good batch and right growing conditions. I planted about 50-70 seeds a month ago, still not a seedling. But I was away for a month too, so conditions would vary. will see

Great white sapote

Thanks, the seeds must have come from a quality supplier lol 😉

@RareFruitFarmerUK these only took 2 or 3 weeks to germinate. Of course if you left them in the seed cases I think it takes longer 😁
