This is one of the only 5 podcasts I actually listen too. Thank you for doing what you do Rodger for all us tradesmen.

Something seemed off with the audio. At about 47 minutes there wasn’t any. On the geothermal side of things. Be careful, if your wells are too close, you will heat soak the ground. I was involved with a geothermal project, the wells were too close. So what happened after about a year, the ground became heat soaked. They lost any gains that they had picked up. This was a LEED Platinum building. In the end they had to place a cooling tower several years later. On the subject of water source heat pumps, I do like Water Furnace. I had the pleasure to work with their main programmer maybe 15 years ago. If I had issues with the sequence, I could call him.
I must admit, I’m not an early morning guy. However, I call the customer before I head to their site to let them know I am coming & when I will be there.

Only problem with trades I can think of bringing up given my experience (site development, land surveying, materials logistics) is one no one wants to talk about, disparity of knowledge and experience for different cultures trying to be successful in ownership or even a higher skilled level. Sometimes it’s the lowest faction with all cultures receiving the burnt end of the stick (service construction) but the common denominator is always the same.. the privilege with previous generations already at ownership in the early 1900’s late 1800’s. Ron desantis said it himself “slaves should be grateful for slavery because they learned skills” and this is the downfall and my opinion cause of crime 🎉
