It was decent when Fu Xuan came out, but got literally outclassed the patch after with Jing lius release due to the only late game content at the time being MoC. Jing Liu completely outclassed Seele. You were better off using Herta instead of SW to amplify Jing Lius dmg more.

Because she was so powerful compared to other HI3 related (main)character in HSR, i thought that they which is bronya and seele will get somekind of power up.. i dont know its just a theory thought but I REALLY want to see jarillo VI growth and its cast. I also want Bronya to hold the title "CyberAngel" once more that in this video maybe the imaginary element one
