He’s not on private land as he’s on a public footpath which is under the public right of way laws and he could of also been an enthusiast. There’s no laws that say you can not take pictures of anywhere. Only on private land you have to get permission. So the guy is right

Christ they dont need training just replacing with real officers who don't know the law either. I mean its all online. When they look it up its an abridged version on a police database they are accessing. Not actually Google lol 😆. But still you have to wonder how they all seem to conclude photographing a police station is illegal or a security risk. It would mean that someone specifically told them all "if you see someone outside photographing the police station .... Defcon 1, suit up, tasers set to stun". But no one has. Recconisnace means "military observation of a region to locate an enemy or ascertain strategic features" ..... like a gate opening. How high her tyre pressure is. Seat angle and if she has spokeos obviously. Where security cameras are so that you can take them out quickly before a raid is a nonsense. Apparently all a terrorist needs to do is hang around somewhere with a camera and a hostile device and refuse to give their name. Free ride back to copshop .... job done. I mean you couldn't make it up as you go along ..... 🤔🙄😮
