F I N A L L Y, This is being PROPERLY taught!! You are the only one I've seen that has Tagged this "Burton Lick"! Thanx and Kudo's mate!

I think this lick was played by the great Reggie Young on the original recording. Love James Burton’s playing too.

Great. Thanks. I've been playing this the lazy way for years, but now I've seen the light! I will be playing live in a couple of weeks.

Reggie Young of Memphis TN was the studio guitarist who played that riff on the record. Not "Elvis on guitar". Otherwise great lesson on how Reggie did it.

Hi John! Thanks for another great video. Are you using both pick ups or just the bridge pick up to get that great sound?

Jon, Elvis is my favorite!. I can't wait to watch this. Also, been interested in trying your teaching course or if U give FaceTime lessons. I think U can help me get to where I want to be.

Just when you think there can't possibly be another ACE tutor on the tube ...along comes Jon! ...thanx for the only actual lesson that sounds just *_exactly_* like the original track ... now how's about that gnarly Ike Turner riff perfected by GT - *_th-cam.com/video/WqZjqVJXCY4_/w-d-xo.html* ... *_???_*
