Its my first time listening to this song and there is something I had noticed before but I wasnt sure...ville singing in the last break is almost a folkloric deep throat singing. I don't believe he is doing it on porpouse but its very interesting cause i am sure ancient finns would Sing like that in their shamanic cults as many other peoples would across indo-europe. It really brings this hypnotic effect into the song. I think he does the same at the end of razorblade but again not sure
I love Peter and i love jyrki...but they wish....VV not simply has a deep voice, its also very melodic and sweet, things that i don't hear much in other gothic singers
Your logic is flawed, since firstly the band hates Twilight. Secondly Twilight sucks and HIM is awesome, they don't make a good fit. It's about the goddess Venus, not sparkly pansy fairies.
People have different opinions but as a long date Extreme metal fan ill tell this is metal. Not all metal needs to sound like black or death, and still sometimes him comes with little pieces that do sound like Extreme metal
