I firmly believe that for Derek to get to 212 it’ll mess up his “look” a little too much which give Shaun an easier Battle than last year. And considering last year could’ve gone either way (IMO), it’ll likely lead to Shaun getting his 2nd title.

Fouad if you're wearing zero safety gear, when you crash (and I mean when, not if) you will mess yourself up. Seriously man, it's not worth it to not wear gear. I've come off at 60mph wearing full leathers and got a few bruises - had I just had on a hoody, joggers and no gloves on I'd of lost skin down to the bone all over my body and been in hospital for weeks 😅 stay safe.
There is something really neat about the fact that some of these guys compete directly against each other, have no problems talking and chilling with each other and being cool and appreciating the sport and how to train
Shutting off the engine like that in short periods while sitting somewhere will actually make it get hotter at first because the coolant isn't able to cycle through to cool it off. If you sit long enough it'll cool down, but waiting on a train and shutting it off will just cause it to build up more heat at first.
I never laughed so hard than when you guys were joking about fouad in the compression stockings 😂 another brilliant episode! Btw I'm in iain and nicks age generation and I have ugg slippers. Use them all the time even in summer months
