No matter how busy my life gets I’ll always make time for the podcast. You’ve created something truly special and unique Fouad. My life has been filled with healthissues, loss of a loved one and a shit ton of anxiety and panic attacks these last 3 years. Right now I’m still working everyday to recover and get back to a normal life and the gym again, and I’m feeling so much better. Finally! Still, no matter what my life will look like in the future (hopefully a lot of work and training), I’ll always make time for the podcast. I’ll sacrifice Netflix and other shit on youtube, but I’ll always watch the podcast. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart Hoss! The ending of the podcast had me dying, lol! You guys are hilarious.
My dad was on Kratom due to chronic neck and back pain. When he got off, he had body aches, chills, throwing up, nausea. It’s certainly not as easy as people say to get off of it, be careful

Also about the kratom, took it for 3 years but stopped because it was lowering my pain tolerance. It is great for anxiety and pain, i took it about 3 times per week but did find a dependency (felt a lot more anxious without it) but most people using it take 3-10 grams per dose if you are doing 125mg you will probably reap all the benefits and 0 negative.
Guy really needs to shut up when he doesn't know what he's talking about, listening to him stuttering on trying to talk his way out of his own contradictions is just painful 😂 Great job with the podcast as usual, love it! Keep up the good work.

Absolutely even relatively low dosing, i was used it for about 6 months last year. And when i decided to come off i definitely had withdrawals
It was a very long, unpleasant withdrawal. And the depression that comes after you stop is almost unmanageable
