Just out playing a little follow the leader when Daniel went into the turn a little to hot and took a pretty nasty roll. Luckily he had an aftermarket cage he built made out of 1.75" .120 wall D.O.M and he and his passenger weren't injured and only thing wrong was a flat tire. It still amazes me how fast these suckers are and how well they take the abuse we give them.

yeah pretty much, I made a few more laps. My buddy who flipped was done for the day since it was getting late. We were initially there to dove hunt but there wasn't many birds flying so we got he rzrs out.
that stock oem seat belt worked pretty good

I guess the way to Go Pro was mounted to the cage it was transferring the vibration or something. I've never had it do that before.
And that's why RZR's are awesome. They're pretty much made to be rolled, get it back on it's feet, maybe pop the headlights back in place if it slammed the front, and get back on the trails, you can't even tell it was rolled. That's the one thing I'm not sure about the competitors, how well they can take a roll over, because I don't care how good a driver you think you are, if your pushing it, it'll happen eventually.
Minus the roll, this is now a bucket list item!
I guess you guys have something against helmets. Then again the purpose of the helmet is to protect the brain your not using by driving without the helmet in the 1st place.

yeah we had been dove hunting earlier but weren't seeing a lot of birds so we got the rzrs out. Few of my buddies were still shooting
oh yeah, well there not even available to the public yet. I have a few buddies who have them on order. As soon as they come in I will have video for you.
I'd say work hard/play harder applies to Cole.. Dude you've been on the go either working a 12HR shift or on the road filming and wheeling every weekend since we met!
No doors, seat belt was on, but when the diesel powered Kubota RTV flipped on her side my foot got stuck under it... 2nd metatarsal in my left foot broke in half... no big deal, it only hurts alot!!! ow ow ow ow oooooowwww

Some of us work our asses off so we can have nice toys. I was able to buy a 50k truck at 21 and paid it off in 3 years. Need to reward ourselves somehow with all the hours we put in. Good work ethic is all it takes you should try it sometime
No they aren't, they are custom built made from 1.75" .120 wall DOM, a factory cage would have folded up in a crash like that

I guess it depends how tall your are too. the harnesses dont exactly look 5 point either so you're not as snug in the seat as you think

Harnesses too you were lucky a crash like that can eject you even though they were wearing the shoulder belt...
If I make one of these I'm gonna have my dad make a cage like his old race car cages bc he sold one of his race cars and a guy slammed a wall going 65-70 and there was no cage damage
didnt hardly damage the roll cage where all the impact went, just another reason why polaris is best.
Just scratched up plastic and knocked the tire off the wheel
My dad flipped his while I was in it exactly like this I dislocated my elbow and I still vividly remember how it dangled from the seatbelt :D

Beefed up the cage, but didn't think it was worth the investment for harnesses to actually keep you in the cage, or a helmet to keep the brains in? They are lucky it actually wasn't a "nasty" roll over.

Considering I've been in countless rollovers without a helmet and I'm fine, I think my logic is fine. In case you didn't know, there's a bit of difference in a rally car and a RZR. Last time I checked RZR's didn't run 100+ through tight areas. RZR's run under 40 with a cage that can sustain crashes over 90. I will continue not wearing a helmet in RZR races.
Are there some guys firing guns while you're doing this? Sounds like it right at :42.
