Sick to death of the Priscilla lovers out there. How wilfully ignorant can people be, seems their go to argument to justify their position is how young Cilla was when she met Elvis. She is just seen as an innocent 14-year-old taken advantage of by this older and huge superstar. Oh please, ....Would it shock them to hear that girls at that age are not all pure as the driven snow.
Yes, even at 14 years of age they can be calculated, manipulative, and already sexually experienced and fully enjoying it.
Perhaps they all should take a crash course in endocrinology and the role of hormones in young developing bodies, in addition to the,..." I want.... I want.... I want"......attitudes many young girls at that age have.
Priscilla knew exactly what she was doing, and exactly what she wanted, and she was unrelenting in her pursuit of whatever, or whoever, took her fancy.
This was no quiet demure and innocent little good girl, from a loving and worried family. Nothing is further from the truth.

@@pattipajestka9679My childhood friend, whom I knew since we were 4 years old, suddenly switched, at age 14, from being a sweet girl to being completely boy crazy. She became a know-it-all, obsessed with her appearance, manipulative and totally focused on her first boyfriend. She wanted nothing to do with the rest of us girls who had walked to school with her for years. This happened with another childhood friend as well. In my high school a few of the girls at 14 were already going steady or even engaged, dyed their hair, were very aware of their sexuality. Prissy may have looked like a sweet innocent on the surface but it appears that she was anything but that. She was aggressive and knew exactly what she was doing.

Getting off the subject but I'm just so proud of Elvis for being able to be faithful to Priscilla for the first year! Everybody says Elvis was unable to be faithful to anyone. Well this proves that they were wrong about him. Of course after he found out that she was cheating on him then the game changed.

    • @Somee989
      @Somee989 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

I think Elvis considered cheating as intercourse. Everything else was OK with other ladies. Elvis had a fear of getting someone pregnant or picking up a STD. Shelia Ryan is on YT tape talking about this.

@@youtubeuserthinker Yes, I agree. Sheila Ryan spilled the beans and it makes perfect sense why Priscilla picked an athlete with a child and pregnant wife. When others say they lost there virginity to Elvis, it does not mean he used his sausage. That was a thing that could get a STD or a baby. Poor Elvis, no one in history has ever been so exploited that sexual encounters, money spending, private conversations, eating habits, bowel movements are discussed. To top it off he has a money hungry camera loving ex-wife that once accused him of rape & grooming tours the world making money with a love child he supports too. Priscilla 's Light a candle for Elvis and a birthday cake( more money) in a pagan ceremony to a Christian dead man is another atrocity. IMHO. I know I just added to what I oppose. Bad me.

I have 2 comments regarding the legitimacy of this book. First, I remember in Jerry Schilling's book - Me and a Guy Named Elvis, Elvis told him during a conversation that he did have one true love, but it was long before Jerry was around, working for Elvis. But that he chose his career. The 2nd point is that Lucy never told Elvis about Desiree - so, John O'Grady wouldn't even think to investigate Lucy/Desiree, because no one knew about this....not even Elvis......so of course, there was nothing to find or investigate.

It's alot deeper then that. The Colonel was a US Gov Asset brought over by the Tavistock. He was a "Handler". Ironic thing is so was Elvis' Las Vegas DR Elias Ghanem. I think Elvis was controlled like ALOT of these Celebs are now days - Whether he knew it or not. If you read the Manson book called CHAOS and you learn he was a asset and Candice Burgess (dated Elvis) was too, her Boyfriend Terry Melcher (asset) managed The Byrds (Tavistock), Beach Boys Dennis Wilson (asset) managed by Jerry Schilling, all getting LSD from U.C. Berkley Psychologist(see eye aye DR running MK Ultra) and he was using it on Cary Grant (asset), You start to realize wayyyyyyyyyy MORE was going on with Elvis then he ever knew. I think he was approached, managed and drafted to divert the civil rights movement. Same reason Tavistock created the Beatles, the who, the rolling stones, the Byrds, mammas & the pappas, the doors. He was managed by William Morris who was created, owned and controlled by the SEE EYE AYE. They changed their name to CAA now. Look into CAA, Harvey Weinstein & Rose McGowen during the me too stuff. She said her parents were agents and help get her into movies. That the SEE AYE AYE were trafficking actresses to producers and it was owned by see eye aye IN PEOPLE MAGAZINE. This Diddy stuff, and controlling celebs has been going on since Vaudville, Silver screen - till now. Judy Garland, Shirley Temple all said Hollywood's studio execs gave them pills and assaulted them. Then add in Vegas, the mob and the Intel agency alllll running Vegas since JFK was unalived. I think Elvis was controlled, drugged and manipulated once addicted. Just like Michael Jackson, Kanye, Britney Spears, and MILLIONS OF OTHERS.

In not quite five years in Las Vegas, Ghanem, 37, has treated Tom Jones, Liberace, Ann-Margret, Johnny Cash, Raquel Welch, Bill Cosby, Glen Campbell and Roy Clark, among others. 'They always get sore throats', Ghanem says. 'We call it Vegas throat'. That was in 1977 - He came over from Israel after the war 1958 and EVERY ONE of these celebrities ended up addicted to pills by 1970. He treated Michael Jackson, EVERY CELEB YOU CAN THINK OF by 2006 & PERSONALLY treated Steve Wynn, Barron Hilton, Conrad Hilton, Bill Clinton, Sen Harry Reid, George Bush, Mike Tyson, RAN THE ENTIRE VEGAS PRO BOXING matches. He kept Elvis on an IV sedated for 30 days in his home to help him "slim down" for Aloha from Hawaii TV Special. Very very WEIRD.

You need to look up Elvis' FOUR TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURIES, the last one being in 1968. It's what caused his rapidly declining health problems & increasing of perscriptions. The DR who conducted all 4 autopsies and actually studied his physical brain and testified at Dr Nichopoulos trial has talked AT LENGTH what was going on with Elvis. At the time Science could not have helped him in any way. He just retired in 2022 and wrote a book specifically, has a podcast, youtube channel. His name is Dr Forrest Tennant and he is a world renowned Neurologists. Elvis Brain Injuries caused an Auto Immune disease that caused 9 body systems to fail out of 11 we have total. Elvis was born with three genetic diseases and Lisa would have ABSOLUTELY had them too. He says that's likely why Riley (her new baby Tupelo)and Lisa (her twin girls with Michael)chose IVF. That's why after his last head injury in 1968 he started having migraines, developed glaucoma and started wearing shades by 1969 Vegas, by 1973 he was spending months on end in hospital with Linda. He was on a IV for 30 days under anesthesia in Dr Elias Ghanem from Vegas guest bedroom home. He almost died. So in Hawaii he was near death that's why he was 180lbs. He wasn't looking or feeling great AT ALL. That's also why he packed on the pounds he had not eaten for 30 days causing his body to hoard fat. He was born with ALPHA-1 disease, Hypogammaglobulinemia and Cytochrome disease. Those with his autoimmune disease meant Elvis was going to pass by 50 no matter what. Now he would be placed on numerous medications, and have tons of proactive screenings. Poor E ❤

People sure get upset over Elvis past. Wow, people won't accept things that they don't want to believe about Elvis. No one loves Elvis more than me. But he was profoundly lonely, he missed his twin brother and had abandonment, issues. He kept searching for something to fill his emptiness. It often was any port in a storm with him, but it narrowed down to who loved him before he became "Elvis". I think Lucy's story is possible, and the fact she and her daughter never wanted anything from Elvis. I appreciate that Joe is able to give us all aspects of Elvis life. People on the outside thought Elvis had it all, but did he? His life was filled with heartbreak and tragedy. He was surrounded by people, yet he often felt alone and desolate. Of course, he had fun times. He loved Lisa and she was his heart and soul. I believe he did love women, but there are different kinds of love for different people. I think Elvis loved Ann Margaret, but she was a female Elvis and career minded. Many women loved Elvis, but not the same as Lucy. She loved him deeply and with an intensity that lasted through years and heartache, his moods and his declining health. She loved him so much she never wanted to bring shame to his life. I was going to ask if Elvis shooting a television with Robert Goulet was connected to Lucy’s revelation about meeting Robert Goulet. As usual, your reading this story is fascinating. I tend to believe it’s true. There are too many intricate details of their relationship to just be imaginary. Thank you, Joe.😊

In terms of people getting upset over the twists & turns in Elvis' love life. Because it was not easy to be him.
Sometimes it may seem as if Elvis had a lot of women. He did but some of the relationships didn't work out. His career came first and he was on the road all the time. He did ask Lucy to come with him in Texas with the children, and to step inside Graceland, to allow him to pay for the divorce, to marry him. She always said no. Some women including, Dixie Locke and June Juanico and Anita Hill left Elvis and found another fiancee.
When he went to Germany & Anita wasn't allowed to go with him (she got all her shots to travel and was excited to go but than the Colonel Parker said no); he met other women.
Its said that the relationship with Anita was platonic or =not consumated and she was waiting and keeping herself for marriage. She may have decided that he wouldn't work out in a marriage and Priscilla was in the house when Anita left. She found another man to marry.
I don't think Elvis was arrogant when it came to women he was more focused on his career and listened to what Colonel Parker said in terms of not getting married. A lot of the situations wouldn't work out for the woman 🎉Elvis should have broken away from the Colonels interference in his personal life.
The Colonel was dictating Elvis' personal life and wouldn't let him get married. Elvis still had physical needs in Germany. He was a young man after all. He had a secret live in girlfriend named Elizabeth Stephaniac. He was close with her family as well. That was a successful relationship only he had other girlfriends. Elvis' grandmother loved Elizabeth and told her to go out with Rex Manfield.

    Just for perspective:
In 8/70, Elvis began his affair with BARBARA Leigh. In 9/70, Elvis was again pursuing JOYCE Bova (8/16/69 - 2/72) while beginning his affair with KATHY W. (9/70 - 1/71) around the middle of September. Elvis told BOTH Kathy W. and Joyce B. that he loved them. At the same time, he invited Lucy to Memphis saying he wanted to (allegedly) make their relationship permanent. Go figure! Allegedly, she became pregnant and had a miscarriage. In 12/70 she saw him again in DC and they made love and 1-2 DAYS later Elvis was telling all his problems to Joyce B. and making love to her, as well.
Let me point out that in 1971, Elvis seemed to be focusing on JOYCE B., who he had asked to move to Graceland on 4 different occasions. JOYCE also visited Graceland about 7 times in 1971-’72. Joyce ended her relationship with Elvis in 2/72. Ironically, Elvis called Lucy in 2/72, after an absence from her life during 1971. As we know, the next main girlfriend is Linda Thompson, who he allegedly stayed with 24/7 for the first year.

@Maxie19699 Charlie was the one who was trying to debunk it that confirmed it instead by acknowledging that O Grady said that Elvis made a reference to the name Desiree as a woman but not a baby. Elvis shared different things with male friends and women friends. He didn't share everything with his male friends about women. And Elvis could hang on to sentimentality to certain women for years. Look at Anne Margaret. He was loyal to her in a soft and secret way for years. And Anne Margaret is another example of the way women felt protective over him. So Lucy's story, IMO, is plausible.

This “story” is framed as a 24 year "love story." However, like “ALL THE REST,” it comes down to a matter of days.
Lucy “saw” Elvis 4-5 times before he went into the military. She also “saw” him in 8/67, 1/69 (made love), 9/70 (made love), 12/70 (made love), 5/73. So, this is approx. 10 times through the Spring of 1973. She “talked” to him on the phone approx. 7/67, 8/67, 11/67, 12/67, 2/68, 1/69 (made love), 6/69, 7/69, 9/70, 12/70, 2/72, Fall '72, 2/73, and 5/73, as I can best figure according to the reading.
I'm not saying whether I agree or disagree with this book, but what I will say is that when I think of Lucy, I see a LIAR and DECEIVER. For 15 years (1958-1973) now, Lucy could have made the choice to be HONEST and FORTHRIGHT with Elvis and inform him that he had an (alleged) daughter. But, she did not. Why? She supposedly could "never" find the right time. Amazing! Instead, she chose to take on the role of a "martyr" continually vacillating from the need to "protect him from herself and her past" to "not wanting to interfere with his current life." By doing so, she willingly “sacrificed” her daughter from ever knowing her (alleged) father and the (alleged) father from ever knowing the love of his daughter. To compound things, we now know that on 3 separate occasions when they met, she willingly laid down with him and made love to him; she told him that she loved him, and then she looked him in his eyes and LIED to him by omission, by refusing to tell him that they (allegedly) had a child. Further, she continued to perpetuate her LIE, with the full knowledge that his HEALTH was failing him. Nope. I do not like this person. There is NO JUSTIFICATION for what she did. Commenters on this channel have slammed Prissy for much less than this. How many times have Commenters said, I wish Elvis would have married Ann-Margret or I wish he would have married Anita W. Perhaps, things would have been different. Well, perhaps, things would have been different, at least for a while, if it were not for Lucy's DECEPTION.

The BEST BOOK EVER WRITTEN, and I own OVER 300+ Elvis books. Is by June Juanico 'In the twilight of Memory'. They have it on Audio, it's expensive on online cause it's out of print. She was Elvis' first love and was there 1956 the year he became a super star. You see every ounce of her through out his life for the rest of his life. He kept asking her to come back the rest of his life. I think they were true soul mates. She married and loved him her entire life too. When Elvis died her book was on his night stand in 1977 - a book she gave him in 1956. He even had her numerology and "their poem" in his wallet, THEY came up with TCB in 1956. Elvis bought Graceland for HER. You realize he spent his whole life kicking himself. SHE started his obsession with black hair & blue eyes, and his partner looking like him. LISA MARIE was THEIR planned baby name - her name was JUNE MARIE. Their baby boy to be named JOHN - The name Elvis used as an Alias when he traveled in hotels. Their song - Unchained Melody his last song he ever sang in concert.

The men acted as jealous and as possessive over Elvis as women. They all claim they were the closest and knew the mostest and P knew a lot less than ppl realized bc she played a part on her mark not really learning as much as she could about the man, they lived more apart than together.
Then the hot jealous and upset bc they all liked Linda but Minnie Mae could see through things and wasn't as impressed and she was happy to be one of the guys just as long as she could hold onto to him bc she was spending like she was the queen of England. Plus flirty and messing with a certain piano player. Elvis wasn't stupid. He knew who liked him for what. Then a certain stolen valor security person made an inappropriate pass at Ginger, and got it in for her bc she turned him down. Elvis kept her close to him and they spent time together away from everyone and he also liked her family even going to their house for visits. He was hiring her brother to work for him and was going to hire her sister to assist Ginger on tours. No, Ginger wasn't on her way out. Nancy rooks and they all changed their stories when P and EPE took over after VP passed to keep pensions and to be able to work with and earn money.
Everyone can bank on the fact that Elvis did not keep any girl around he did not want and would send them home and didn't do confrontations. So the things said are ridiculous and o my prove just how sincere Ginger was bc she didn't just fold to be anything to move in, take over and be a phony yes person like so many.
Ppl felt threatened bc she was the first girl to authentically without pressure receive what Elvis P himself, his father, his family, drs, jeweler, dentists, step bros, EVERYONE knew he had indeed proposed and called wanting a 12C Diamond and there was no way LH's could get one at that time of night as Elvis had to have it on that date ASAP TCB, so he used the Diamond from his own TCB ring to have Ginger's ring made.
Patrick Lacy pokes holes like Swiss cheese through the malignant lies DG started and some that repeated that weren't even there. It was never a question if it was an engagement, it was after the fact of death that two or three ppl voiced their opinion that Elvis would ever remarry. But it def wasn't bc of P either.
He unfortunately learned the truth about P, that she took him for a ride, serial cheater, not a virgin and simply fat two too differently ppl in every way as family and friends have all attested, she's just not warm, affectionate nurturing or selfless. But very discipline, all about appearances and cold but highly sexual which may stem from father issues and lack or inappropriate things coming up.,
I feel sorry for her in a lot of ways and never went in as a hater but completely blind into learning about Elvis and world. I really gave her the benefit but judging by true blue women that had it far more tougher than P and not near the luxuries and Princess treatment that would have never left their husband that they loved and were in love with in just five years after getting what she needed, the security of a child, her trophy and stayed just long enough to be entitled to alimony and property.
They claim they left bc of affairs or meds, well that didn't stop them from marrying. She knew exactly as Elvis was open about who he was and what he wanted in a relationship or his woman.
LT saying she left? lol, they didn't think they'd ever get her out of there. Vernon was stressed out over how she was spending like they were Ft Knox. Even though he did appreciate her caring for Elvis. BUT! She had no business telling embarrassing things betraying Elvis after Vernon died. Just like P claimed she'd never write books when Vernon was still alive. , She claimed too many things had already been written and was sickened by it. After she loomed over Vernon like a vulture waiting for him to pass, relentlessly begging to be made Ex over LM Trust, he finally caved. He and P did share some greed in common and thought she'd look out for LM.
But Joe R and Shirley Doo both told this (though Shirley is another that conned a woman out of money to get her book finished that loaned her money bc she was friends with Joe Esposito) saying P begged Joe to talk to V for her to make her Ex over Trust. But made the comment, she was upset bc E had to up and die before he could give her father the money for his booze business. Then S changed and sold out like many and went opposite on what she'd said early on , which was the truth re Ginger and Elvis and disdain for P and saying P and E were never going to get back together. They all do that and P still doesn't have much of anything to do with them.
But the truth was told by most early on, and those that's done the research and those alive then to remember know better.
The revisionism is horrible as it is on anything Americana and good.

I think a lot of people that are Elvis fan's that give you negative comments about Lucy's story is because they dont have an open mind ,and they think that Elvis was perfect, when in reality he is not ,and he had flaws just like all of us!!! Like if Kathy says she was with Elvis a particular weekend, but so does Lucy. Because everybody believes Kathy’s story, her time with Elvis was public. It’s Lucy who is not believed. I’d also see if any of Linda Thompson’s book overlaps or not. A pain in the butt to do but it would be interesting.

@@supowell1 - Too many to mention, but here's a few - Elvis didn't perform in Monroe, or the Eagles Club until after he recorded 'That's Alright' and had Scotty and Bill with him. The 'so called' purple suit was black and wasn't actually a suit. The jacket was worn on 68 Special during the medley of Guitar Man and Trouble . He wore the double breasted jacket open and over his shoulders for the meeting with Nixon. There is no cape! The two piece under the jacket is his Cossack stage wear from his Vegas performances in 1969. Lucy claims to have read the story about the Nixon meeting a few days after it occurred but it was kept secret until Jan 27th 1972, when the story was broken by Pulitzer Prize winning journalist Jack Anderson. That's over a year later than Lucy claims. Lucy claims to have met Elvis in May 1973 in LA - but Elvis was one tour until the end of April then flew straight to Lake Tahoe and was there until 19th. From there, he flew straight back to Memphis. He wasn't in LA. That should be enough for now.

@@Maxie19699 So Bud Krogh, Nixon's aide, who took Elvis from his office in the White House to the Oval Office to meet Nixon, was lying when he said Elvis had on purple. He lied again and again when he told the story, because...why? BTW, the Jack Anderson column said he was wearing purple. So does the White House Historical Association. Elvis first walked into Sun Studio in 1953 to record two songs. Marion Keisker, who recorded him that first time, said he continued to return to ask if she knew where he could join up with a band and where he might get gigs singing. So it is NOT impossible that he was singing and looking for work as a singer in 1953 BEFORE he ever hooked up with Bill and Scotty. He did not record That's All Right" until July 1954.

Thank you, your story telling has got all of us hopeless romantics hooked! I did think it would help us if we had a timeline of Elvis's movements and relationships to see if it aligns with those in the story. Someone mentioned in the comments that Linda T was with Elvis 24/7 in the first 12 months of their relationship, which is true- she says in many interviews that she had her eye on him the whole time- they even showered together- so from the day she met him- July 6th 1972 to July 1973- Elvis could not have met up with anyone else. So, you're using the polygraph to prove Elvis played it straight after marrying Priscilla and they also asked him about a 'Desiree' which Elvis responded to honestly, if we are to take the other information at face value, as you have, trusting the polygraph. Also, as Lucy never told Elvis about Desiree, how would they know to question him about that name? It's a good story and I researched it in an in-depth way years and years ago and find that it does not stand up to strict scrutiny. Totally out of the realm of possibility? No, but too many holes for most people.

    • @Treeoflife-12

Just a clarification..... during the polygraph the MM were throwing different names at Elvis. Then Elvis on his own volunteered the name Desiree ( his pet name for Lucy ) It is Elvis who said this name for the first time . The others didn’t even know this name until Elvis mentioned it. So the name Desiree was first mentioned by Elvis himself not the others.

I even put the question to Billy Smith who grew up with Elvis and he said he never heard of Lucy or her love child. Not that he couldnt have had an affair with Lucy but there was no child. Jo Smith said that Elvis had affairs with many women some very brief. Many women have made more out of their encounters than they really were.
