Hey Michael, the drill you started doing at 4:10, I’ve seen many coaches and players stop that drill as they believe it forces players to look down which negatively translates to a real game, obviously the drill is good for ball control. What do you think on this?

I think many coaches preach the wrong message about keeping your head down. The head can be down, but it’s the focus of the eyes that are important. The use of peripheral vision is the key. Having the object (cones, defenders feet) as well as the ball in vision allows for proper manipulation.
Even the top players, when on the ball in tight space situations have their head down, you can see this for yourself with the many clips available on TH-cam, but their eyes are forward.
A lot of coaches overgeneralise the head down concept, but don’t talk enough about the eyes.

Hey 7mlc, i right now only can shoot with my right foot but not with my left foot. What is a drill or something you did that made you comfortable shooting with your left foot? It would mean a lot if you answered back.

There’s no secrets or specific drills that will improve your non dominant foot mate. The only way to improve it is just by getting repetitions, rolling the ball out of your feet and striking 👟⚽️ over time it will feel more natural.
