Why would spend 26000 euro for a master in scm in Germany. You can go to uk, aus and canada which are English speaking countries and have no language barriers.
Bro, you can't pursue your MS in SCM in Australia under 20000 Euros, it reaches to 55000 to 60000 AUD which is 30 to 35 lakhs INR, you need to complete your research.

Else there are the countries in the EU only, that consists of quite a decent job market and provides great education as well like, Luxembourg, Netherlands(bit expensive, may reach to 25 L). If one wants education almost paying nothing, countries like Estonia or Latvia can be targeted, complete your education there then move to some other EU nation on the Estonia visa. Country totally depends on the course or field of study and the job market one's planning to go for.
